Went here at 9:00 a.m. to get the morning drink stop $0.99 large. They said they no longer do that. They haven't done it for 2 years. But it's still active in the app and there was a sign on their window. She totally refused to give me a discount on my drink so I wound up paying $ $3.50 for a large drink. And the whole reason I went there is because it wasn't working on the app. The app was saying technical difficulties.

I ordered a drink rout 44 and no one car and the employee some short black hair lady coming out someone car. I ordered 12:29pm and 12:50pm. I will not be coming here again and hope no one else does.

Why is this location so slow to get orders in the drive thru? I can always tell when certain people are working because one responds immediately and others take sometimes 10 minutes. I've had to drive to the window to place my order. So over this location.

I ordered food at 8:04 and my food came out at 8:28 and their was no people when I was there there was only atlest two cars and the chicken tenders were so small and when I complained they said I had to wait 7 more minutes worst experience I had in sonic

My job involves driving a lot, so I've been to a lot of sonics. I will say though this one is routinely and consistently fantastic they make great Arnold Palmers and their food has yet to be poor on quality

The food was disgusting!!! They made the corndogs and cheese tots in old grease!!! Its not uncommon for this to happen. If you want a nasty disgusting old grease corndog and cheese tots. Then go to this location they got them all day long!!

I ordered online but it's been a long day, and I thought I ordered a extra drink (I did a free drink and thought I got a meal too) and instead of the young lady getting mad she made it, I realized my mistake and told her and she was so sweet and gave me the sweet tea anyways. This month has been rough, and I usually just give a tip online.. I found a dollar in my car and tipped her it but if I see her again I will be tipping her good! The best customer service I've had in a while, I didn't get her name but she had blue hair. I hope she has a good and successful life! the simplest things can change a whole day around.

Went to the drive thru first and we sat there for 5 minutes no one took our order. We went to the window and a car was already at the window.. we sat there for 7 minutes then we went to the speaker and we ordered 2 drinks and we waited 10 minutes or longer for 2 drinks … never again at this one

When placing an order through the app-it typically takes them 12 minutes “after” the estimated time to bring it to you. This isn’t a one time occurrence. The sad thing is, I’m only ordering drinks-so no cooking time, just prep time. Also, never an acknowledgment or apology regarding the time.
