Waited about 30 miniutes for ONE drink. I push the red button and nobody wants to answer it. I should have taken that time and just went to QT next door.

This isn’t food related, however I am passing by and I see a light flashing by the dumpsters so I go check it out. There is an employee stuck in there. It is windy as hell outside, meaning the gate slammed shut on him and locked. I asked why he didn’t call the store. Well if you try to call the store number on here all you get is a busy signal!! That is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. This employee was a minor! That is horrible!

Manager is very rude and won’t remake my super sonic breakfast burrito because it wasn’t made correctly didn’t have much fixings inside burrito.

I asked the lady that brought our food for ketchup, waited a while, she took out 2 orders and still never came back. I pushed the button asked for ketchup, guy apparently didn't hear me? So when she brings the 3rd order out I get out of the car and tell her I'm still waiting for catch up. She raises her voice saying she's busy she's the only one. I said you have taken 3 orders out, there's one car here, you aren't that busy? Regardless can I get the ketchup. She goes in side and I can see her messing with the food being prepared. So I open the door and say can I get the ketchup so I can go? She shoves it in my hand. So I'm like what the hell? I'm trying to be patient but you are blatantly ignoring me, she starts telling at me, so I do admit I yelled back at her while the male employee standing there speechless starts telling me to leave lol. Which of course I was trying to do. This is not the first time staff member i I have experienced at this location but I will not be back. You need to review the tapes as management and see the staff you have representing your store. To be cursed at and put through this over trying to get my order AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND LEAVE.

Pulled up and placed order on phone - took them 20 minutes to make my food and get it to my car. Mind you there wasn’t a lot of business coming through - side note now I can see why. My food was cold and missing items. I’ve live in Arlington for a very long time and this sonic has always been the worst. Needs to be shut down!

Had such an awful experience. I purchased a small fry and a corn dog. At first the fries tasted like fish. Brushed it off bc I assumed they were fried in the same oil as the fish sandwiches. Then I almost threw up. It tasted like poop. I didn’t even eat the corn dog. I was so disgusted. I went back asked for the manager. I told him that the fries were awful. He claimed they changed the oil. Told him to smell the fries. He didn’t smell anything. I asked for a refund and got it. But just an awful experience. Never again.

Came in for a Oreo shake and was told the machine was already cleaned up. No problem with that, however i go around and see 2 people hugging (one sitting on the counter)
well ya know, if ya gonna take orders with a very minimal number of workers...don't say, "it'll be right out"....be honest and say..."We're shorthanded today, it might be longer than normal".....don't just let me sit there and wait and wait and wait.....

My food was cold, the bag was cold. My pickle fries was a size medium with about 8 fries in the container. My son burger was sloppy. So mad, they will never have to worry about me coming back ever

Sonic continues to disappoint. I don't care where it is. They're really only good for their drinks if they get it to you in under 20 minutes.
