Although I'm pescatarean I did eat a little of the chicken which was moist and tender, the sides were the best bevause of my diet restriction, though.

My issue is with Spring Creek corporate policy. Why are they charging people more if you sign up for the loyalty app than they do the person who randomly walk in with a coupon? Spring Creek has a monthly coupon that comes out: Buy 1 Get 1 free dinner. If you use the app instead of the coupon the deal is Buy 1 dinner and a drink (drinks are $3.65) and Get 1 free dinner.

So for the privilege of using there app, you have to pay an additional $3.65 plus tax! Really? The app has no value whatsoever when you can get a coupon that gives you a better deal.

Whoever came up with that marketing strategy needs to go! Skip the app and use the coupon.

Absolutely disgraceful staff. We placed an online order for a 3 meat plate (sausage, sliced, and chopped brisket). We pick it up, got home and realized the chopped brisket is missing. We’re all hungry so the kid starts eating while dad calls the store to see about picking up the chopped brisket. He’s told by I think Ronaldo who said he was a manager at the Mansfield location that we would need to bring the food back to get the missing brisket. That didn’t really make sense considering anyone could just eat something and say they didn’t receive it. Just ridiculous, it’s 7pm and our kid is already finishing his helping. We payed nearly $30 and only received two meats and was given the runaround by your staff who was implying that my husband was a liar. They said they have a lot of people who scam them and people lie about stuff there. Really should consider customer service training. Just disgusted with how we were treated and scammed.

Where do I start, with a zero if I could. 7pm on a Thursday night on Cooper in Arlington TX. No ice for drink, extra plate dirty with food, cold food, burnt bread and roaches. Could it be any worst, no wonder there were no other customers in the store. We paid for food we couldn't eat.

I have eaten at Spring Creek twice and not by choice. If there’s anything consistent about them, the quality of the BBQ is consistently terrible. My main go to’s, brisket and ribs come out dry and rough and with little flavor. Do not even waste your time and money here. Go to a true Texas BBQ place like Hurtado, Goldee’s, or Terry Black’s. You may have to wait in line or they might run out of food but anything is better than Spring Creek.

It has been 2 years since eating at Spring Creek BBQ, here in Tyler, Texas. Why, because the service was terrible and food was sub-par. I go back last night, 09.26.2021, and what do I get? I get a glass with lipstick on the rim. I called over the Manager and very calmly explained the situation, and his reply was, lipstick is one of those things that is hard to remove. Apologized, but did not even offer another glass of drink. Also, has to repeatedly ask the server behind the counter to dump the water out of the dish for green beans and pinto beans. Still, got to the table and there was so much water - you could have filled a drinking glass. Then my wife goes to the front to get a To-Go box, and if course, no service. Even the Manager walked by without offering to help. I understand that COVID19 has hit the restaurant businesses pretty hard, but some things can and should be addressed.

I have been a long residence in Arlington. They have drive-up service, online and limited 25% capacity! They have take serious consideration of their loyal customers. The food it great, juicey and greart! Prices are reasonable and they do have coupons in the weekly coupons in the mail. Go online to see specials. I buy the child's meal. And, you get fresh in-house bake yeast rolls unlimited dine-in."Yummy". Please take the time to support them...they are family owned locally. Enjoy their BBQ at home or inside! Highly Recommend...?

If you like cafeteria-style restaurants, this is the place to come. It is very simple, let the server know what you want and then add the sides of your choice. Great Potato salad, green beans and more. Don't forget the Mac and Cheese. There are also several desserts to choose from. All very good.

This was originally a fairly good BBQ place, even with high prices - which is normal for BBQ, but somewhere around 2014 or 2016 the company was bought out by the current people (they may be sleaze lawyers?) and the quality of food went WAY DOWN immediately. The same company also bought and similarly Destroyed Mexican Inn. Today, I would not eat in either of these places, even if it were free. Good BBQ is in Grapevine.
