Got the combination plate, it was $25 with a drink, didn't even get a 1/2lb of food it was 4 tiny slices of brisket and 8 pieces of sausage. The lady behind the counter even told her coworker that there was no way it was a pound and a half, and still gave me the plate. Not worth your time or money, sides were cold and green beans were nasty. Please just take the time and go to Rudy's or anywhere else. Not worth your hard earned money. Also most of these reviews are fake from 1 person. Go look for yourself. Also I didn't feel great after a few hours of eating the food. This is definitely a corporate complaint.

The one thing I really look forward to is the hot fresh buttery rolls! Well, tonight, I went to the location in Keller on 377. We ordered 2 baked potatoes with chopped brisket and a pepper sausage plate with 2 veggies. No rolls were put on our plates in the line. So we paid and went to our table. I thought we would get some brought by the table as usual. However, none were ever brought around. We watched and listened as rolls were requested & given to the team assembling To-go orders. We finished our meals without dinner rolls. I felt the need to let someone one know what happened. I asked the cashier about getting rolls with our meals her response was "Well, we are kinda of busy." I didn't feel that was really an acceptable response since restaurants strive to be busy? So, ultimately, only go eat if either you don't want rolls or when it's not busy.

food tasted great but sides looked old the onions where dry and old the pickles where not fresh looked like never been changed or refilled . resturant was dirty and men's room had broken sink and urinal with what I hope was water on floor .

This location used to be so good. Now it is just horrible. I had not been here for a while. I went last night and was astonished. First of all the BBQ dinner was $19. I ordered up and asked for a baked potato. I was told they would not be ready for 15 minutes. It is 5:40 PM fellas. You should have potatoes done! I settled for their yucky potato salad - horrible. Also the salty green beans. The brisket was ok and the chicken was just fair. I will say the rolls are very good. This location used to give you seconds on all veggies. That has been taken away. Now they serve you behind glass cases for veggies - no seconds. They give you a little tiny cup of BBQ sauce. Oh, no glasses to get water. So unprepared. I also ordered a chop beef sandwich for my wife. It USED to come with fries but that is extra now. I will not be back - coupon or not. I am so disappointed.

Absolutely disgraceful staff. We placed an online order for a 3 meat plate (sausage, sliced, and chopped brisket). We pick it up, got home and realized the chopped brisket is missing. We’re all hungry so the kid starts eating while dad calls the store to see about picking up the chopped brisket. He’s told by I think Ronaldo who said he was a manager at the Mansfield location that we would need to bring the food back to get the missing brisket. That didn’t really make sense considering anyone could just eat something and say they didn’t receive it. Just ridiculous, it’s 7pm and our kid is already finishing his helping. We payed nearly $30 and only received two meats and was given the runaround by your staff who was implying that my husband was a liar. They said they have a lot of people who scam them and people lie about stuff there. Really should consider customer service training. Just disgusted with how we were treated and scammed.

Stopped in for lunch and was happily surprised by the food. Had the turkey and baby back ribs with a side of mac n cheese. The turkey was very moist and worked well with their house BBQ sauce. The ribs were very tender and easily fell off the bone. The mac n cheese was simple, but I am a mac n cheese purist who can appreciate and enjoy simple, so I was happy. Definitely will stop in again for lunch the next time I'm in the area in a few months.

We have been eating at Spring Creek on Sunday for months and the food is wonderful. I have severe food allergies and Katara at the Cypress location always makes sure my food is taken care of and safe for me. She makes sure when I come in, to order my food and talks to all the people preparing my meal. She goes over and beyond to help me, and she is why I come back every week. I am thankful for her and how much she cares and remembers me and my order each week. I have never had someone take initiative and such care and concern at a restaurant before. Truly amazing!Cypress, TX

So this is what a Standard pack with ribs included looks like at this location. This location has nothing on the Katy location. The Richmond customer service and food quantity is so off. My $85.00 donation to this location. Not a happy camper at all. Rolls were not hot, and no to-go silverware. Nuff said.

Forgive me for not asking for the Mangers name, but I do have Host:Manager 1. 83 He was an awesome and incredible person and honest we were there tonight 2/11/23 5:26pm. My wife ordered a Southwest Salad. There were some things my wife could not eat. They accommodated and when there was no meat that we asked for they made sure our order for her was correct and brought order #10 to our table. I had a 2 meat order which was perfect. Oh and by the way go on there awards program. This is not my first time and yes oh yes I will be back again with my wife. Great service great people and most of all awesome food. People Spring Creek Barbecue is the place to go on Hwy 6.

Where do I start, with a zero if I could. 7pm on a Thursday night on Cooper in Arlington TX. No ice for drink, extra plate dirty with food, cold food, burnt bread and roaches. Could it be any worst, no wonder there were no other customers in the store. We paid for food we couldn't eat.

This is your average quality chain restaurant BBQ. It's ok, but nothing special. Sauce is way too sweet.

We stopped by Springcreek Firewheel for lunch,1130 am on Wednesday.first off wife ask for senior discount and cashier said they don't do that . ok total was 40.00. rib dinner and chopped bbq sandwich, she ask for moist and extra chopped. I paid at register and as soon as she handed me the receipt she turned and walked off wife is on a walker and I assumed the cashier would help or ask someone to carry her tray. Noop, I carried mine and come back for her tray , as she was taking the next persons money , she was not concerned. I told her thanks for the help, she had no commit. Now wife's sandwitch was tough it was from the pit of chopped bbq not chopped fresh.my ribs were dry and probably from day before and tough. this place was vary good before I retired (2018) now it needs a manager and training. no one came to our table or offered any concerns. cashier was more interested in talking to other employees than helping customers. for the price food was less than fair and customer service is non existent. will not be back too many other Good BBQ restaurants around. we were totally disappointed! good luck in todays economy guys after all we don't need Springcreek , Springcreek needs us. have a nice day.

This is not a top tier BBQ place in my opinion. They don't have brisket like Lockhart, Blacks, and a few others. But it is really solid and has some awesome features. First, the service here is always friendly. They will cut your brisket the way you like- you want lots of bark and fat? No problem. Next, You go through a cafeteria style line so you can see what your getting. It's all good. I like the selection of sides. Especially the green beans. The bbq beans always seem a bit Al-dente to me. I wish they would cook them just a bit more. Third the brisket and ribs are good, but IMO the standouts are chicken and Turkey. 4th Take out here is better than most and super easy. Lastly, the prices are great!

Very highly mediocre. Dickies, though not great, is better than Spring Creek any day of the week, especially the sides (but more expensive and both portions and serving sizes are smaller). Overall, Spring Creek BBQ isn't anything memorable. Might as well go to a Kroger and get their BBQ.
