I'm a big fan of Starbucks. The service was and is always quick and very friendly. However this location was busy and I take it the management was having a new hire class in the open where customers sit. Guys please your company business should never be broadcasted in front of customers. Lawsuits, how to handle irate customers. on and on. Lets do that somewhere else and not taking up seating when it limited to start with.

The workers are doing the best and always feel welcomed whenever I get my order. Maybe you should clarify if you're going to do a filming instead having a camera peeking out, not every starbucks is going to act the one you usually go to. Anyway people be normal to service workers ty 🩷🩷

Very disappointed in this drive thru staff. Attacked my 11 year old nephew for thinking he was recording him/her. We were recording our dogs getting pup cups. This is a very common thing we do with our dogs and dogs that I foster. I have never experienced a visit like this. This is someone I definitely would not keep as an employee. I am happy with management as on our way home I wanted to make them aware of the interaction we had. She was very sweet, heard my concerns and was able to share the video with her also.

I hope I have the correct location. This is for the one in Arlington on Matlock St, next to the car wash. A couple weeks I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. This is the only drink that I will get from Starbucks because I am not really a coffee drinker, but I really like these. I get them during the cooler months. That morning i ordered the mocha and a slice of banana nut bread. I got home and took a sip and discovered that it was a bitter black coffee. I poured it out and called Starbucks to tell them what had just happened. She did not ask for my name she told me that if I wanted a refund I would have to come back within two days. I was not going to be back over there within two days. Fast forward to today. I go through the drive thru and I order the same mocha and a muffin. When I get to the window I notice the exact same lady that gave me the wrong drink the last time. I said to her “ the last time I came here you gave me a black coffee instead of my mocha” she said nonchalantly well you would have had to call. I said I did. She then shrugged and said well I don’t know nothing about that and turned away. I wasn’t asking for a freebie being that it had been over two weeks ago, I just wanted her to know that she had messed up my order. She did not care.

My mother came in today asking for brewed chai tea with a couple of customizations with NO WATER and steamed warm temp. The barista proceeded to add hot water and made my mother burn her tongue. When she came inside to kindly ask if her drink could be remade, the barista caught an attitude and told her “what do you want me to do about that.” My mother felt threatened throughout the conversation with the very aggressive barista. I used to work for this company a few years ago and am very disheartened at the lack of kindness towards customers at this store. I understand we all have bad days but this is not the first bad experience my mother or I have had at this store.

I’ve been in a different Starbucks, but this one is family is neighborhood Everybody so nice and they take care of the customers very good
