Shoutout to Destiny! I placed an order with Uber eats and when I got my order I was missing my drink. I called the store and explained my situation, Destiny did not hesitate to help me. The gentleman at the drive thru was very sweet and understanding. Thank you guys, yall made my day I was craving my drink so bad! Lol

Danger!! Do not attempt to crack a joke in the drive thru here. You may end up in the hospital. During a recent visit in the drive thru last Saturday, I was ordering my wife’s drink first. I ordered hers with coconut milk instead of real milk. When asked if we still wanted the whipped cream, I jokingly said “no she’s allergic to everything”. I then ordered my drink, but I could sense the tone of the gentleman who took my order. My wife and I poke fun at each other all the time, I wasn’t expecting the employee to try and commit manslaughter over it. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything like what I got. We continued on our road trip, and I started getting dizzy, sweating, labored breathing and wasn’t sure what was going on. My wife looked at my cup, and “WOW!” Was written on it. She then proceeded to look at our receipt, and he put 4 extra shots in my drink, a total of 7 shots of espresso! Since I’m on blood pressure medicine, we proceeded to the ER, where my blood pressure was documented at 191/133. Pulse 130. I was in the ER for several hours while my blood pressure stabilized. I didn’t sleep at all Saturday night, got 4 hours last night. I have a follow up with my primary care physician tomorrow. BP still 150/100. Beware!!!!

I have been to this location a few times, but this has been the first time I’ve walked into this location or any Starbucks and everyone will stop and look at me and continue to do what they were doing. No one spoke until about five seconds of me being in there one of the guys spoke and say good morning. I woke up as I’m waiting in line behind a lady and the girl that was taking her order, walked out from the register like I wasn’t standing there to place an order never turned back around never said I’ll be right back to help you anything. She was an Asian chick. I’m standing there every bit of two minutes. A guy walks over and ask could he place my order took my order. I’m standing waiting as I’m waiting. I am watching the young lady fix my drink as she’s fixing other drinks as well but she’s making it wrong. What I pay for and what I asked for two different things. I asked the girl that was doing the hot drinks if she could tell the girl that was making my drink that she was making it wrong. She looked up at me and said I don’t know what she’s making. You’d have to ask her when she’s done with an attitude yes I most definitely took a picture of the staff. That was there if I could insert it here I would if I can give this store no stars I would. I literally just left this location. About two minutes ago the worst customer service ever being a black woman. Paying over six dollars for a drink and having to get attitude from staff is very unprofessional I see why people choose other coffee companies over Starbucks now.

Decent starbucks but every time I order ahead from here, they never fill the cup up all the way. There’s always maybe 1/2 inch of room at the top. Last time it was more like an inch of room. Normally I wouldn’t care but im paying $6-7 for my coffee.

Ordered a white chocolate caramel frappe. Was told it was not on the menu but that they would make one. It is listed on the menu. It did not have any flavor. Tasted like frozen ice water. Have been ordering this drink all week and it was always good. Don't know what happened today for it to not have any flavor.

I just had the worst experience. I got a coffee and stayed and asked for a refill and the girl with the braids said no because it wasn't in a ceramic mug but I get a refill at every other location except this one???? And she never asked me if I was staying??? I'm a gold member. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks. I looked at the refill policy and it says ANY CUP! It's amazing how one employee can ruin your whole day. I've never seen her at this location. I just won't go back to this location!!!!
