Normally when I come the service is great! I’ve always known starbucks to have great service, but today I came through drive through at 3:25 pm and was met with a strange interaction. The first thing the guy taking my order said was “Hello?” Now, you may be thinking of course he’s gonna say “Hello” and “How are you” and “Can I have a name for your order” and all the other good stuff, but he said hello as if he didn’t know why I was there. At first I had thought that maybe there was a technology malfunction and the speaker had somehow connected to somebody’s phone or something by the way this guy was asking me “Hello?” On top of that he asked “How can I help you?” like I was a salesman at his front door. This further made me question whether there was a technical issue. Does anyone go to Starbucks other than to order some food? I also heard the same interaction with the car behind me. Am I being overdramatic? Possibly, but as someone who also works in this fast food industry, the interaction completely caught me off guard. I’m not upset. I’m just questioning what type of people this Starbucks is hiring… Coffee was great though! Yay for the barista.

They Have to do better with customer service stood there almost 10 min before anyone even acknowledge me.they just walk and look at you but never say a thing at least they could tell you they’ll be right with you or something but no one even acknowledges you and this is not the first time that this has happened in this particular Starbucks

I had to get a different drink for the third time because every time I go this location it has no pecan syrup for the few select holiday drinks they have listed as the main ones. I’m a bit frustrated that they can’t seem to stock this and have it available. On the other hand, the alternative drinks I do get are yummy and fast and the people are decently nice enough telling me they don’t have it …again… but I wish they would do better to provide what they advertised.

I recently entered a Starbucks, seeking solace after a long drive, only to be confronted by an unsettling reality. As I stood at the counter, anticipation turned to frustration as the staff relentlessly catered to outside orders, completely disregarding my presence. It was as if I had stepped into a void, my desire for a simple beverage overshadowed by a haunting neglect. The air was thick with the weight of unfulfilled expectation, leaving me feeling like a specter in a place meant for comfort. I hope they can awaken to the needs of those who enter their realm, lest they continue to shun the weary souls who seek refuge within.

lately, the service has been mediocre. today, 30 cent dropped (not my fault) all the girl had to say was "I'm sorry, I didn't see the change." (I paid 10.34 for my 8.34 drink in cash.) I get it, this happens. I wouldn't trip if it was my fault that the change dropped. it's even worse that I can see the dropped change, yet can't freaking get it without messing up my car door. I go here like every other morning and I tip often, like Geesh. an extra 3 mins wasted trying to find 30 more cent this morning. definitely had to leave a review today, as a couple days ago, I also got a ham/ Swiss croissant or whatever & it was totally overcooked. lastly, I get the same drink every time. these past 3 drinks had like 0 espresso.

Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. We don't go to Starbucks often because honestly there are better options but now I will never go back. The employee was rude, inattentive and I have to remind her of our other drink and food twice. All three drinks have zero flavor and are watered down. We were there around 1pm Sunday August 25th. We got a tall salted caramel cold brew, a tall pumpkin cream cold foam cold brew, and blended strawberry drink. $21 dollars for the worst coffee I've ever had.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and was wrong up for a Carmel frap. I then informed them about it and the worker that was making my drink made it wrong again. Also had an attitude about having to remake my drink and someone else’s.
