What a morning! I go in the store because there were too many cars in drive thru, and there’s no one inside. 6 people behind the counter. One of them leaves (I’m assuming she was leaving for the day) and ALL employees said goodbye, have a nice day, etc. by then I’d been at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Maybe 5 more minutes went by and finally someone asked me what I wanted. Not an apology, not hello, nothing. I proceeded to wait for my drink while mobile orders and drive thru orders are being filled. There’s still just me in the store, but they keep yelling all the names of the mobile orders 🤦🏻♀️ Finally my drink comes out (BTW it was just a mocha). No apology was given to me. The only reason I came is because o had a gift card. Guess I’ll be selling my next gift card.

It took 22 minutes to complete a Door Dash order that took me 6 minutes to arrive. Only 2 customers were inside. They seemed "put out" that they had to be working.

Typically, I am a regular at this Starbucks but today my drink was way sickly sweet. Coffee is too expensive nowadays for yall to be playing in my face like that.

I came in here to order a regular coffee to go. Should’ve been short and sweet. Far from it!!! I’ve come to this location for years. I know how the coffee should taste. It was way too strong. I asked for a fresh pike, still way too strong. I did tell the assistant manager it was way too strong. So I asked for some hot water to try and fix it myself. Then it sort of started tasting ok but got a little too watered down so I asked for an espresso shot to fix it but was denied. So I asked for an Americana and was denied. So I just asked for my money back. Then I stood at the register with the lady for a long time with her not knowing how to refund my money to Apple Pay and then decided to leave because I had wasted time there and still didn’t get a decent cup of coffee. Amazing wouldn’t you say!?!? Got the managers card and called it but it went straight to the store I just came out of and now I have to try and chase him around to my $4.00 back WOW!!!

This location is closer to where I live and I always feel welcomed. Thank you Nathan for living in our mission and values. The manager here SUCKS ya’ll!!!!! The doordash app has NO option for the lemonade addition to the strawberry acai & I always call and get it added through the phone because again THERE IS NO OPTION FOR IT and all the employees are so thoughtful to always be okay with adding it for me knowing there IS NO OPTION to add it myself & today when I call to make my usual order the manager answers and is extremely rude & tells me she can’t add the lemonade for me & that I need to figure it out on the app after explaining so many times that the app does not let me add it! I even told her i’ll pay extra for it if thats the problem but she just did not care or try to help me & did not add the lemonade. I feel bad for the employees because they are actually all so sweet and helpful. They would of never treated a customer like that. Don’t let the authority of being a manager go to your head.

I have the new Summer Berry refresher lemonade it was delicious I never feel like I get enough of the pearls but I think I'm also being a little greedy... They're grilled cheese is so delicious I would recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.
