This is the worst. 3 employees 1 working. Have all of their app order stickers lined up but doing nothing. The one person working only doing drive through. They must not be able to stand each other either because they haven’t spoken to one another once. Go somewhere else. There’s a Dutch Bros within walking distance.

This is the second time i’ve been to this starbucks and my drink was messed up. Lauren, one of the baristas, was very rude when i came inside.

Only rated this place so i can put my review.I am BLACKKKKKK. Let's be clear before i tell my story, it is significant.I'm here 3/3/24 at 7:45 am and i walked in, nobody greeted me. I sat down, stilll no one said anything. I ordered a drink on the app, told me it was ready at 7:50am. I walked to the counter at 7:50 and stood there until 8:00 am until it was ready and still.... NOBODY SAID ANYTHING.But i have counted THREE WHIIIITE customers who have walked in behind me and have been greeted the second they opened the door.I live near and wanted a coffee shop to come study and have my morning coffee, my black self will NOT be back to this racist establishment .I'll be finding a way to contact corporate as well.

Rosie, her coworker, and the manager were all so fast with the service and the music definitely set the vibe. I appreciated the jazz and soul ambience. The sandwiches are always so good, hot and fresh.

Starbuck's is always consistent in service and quality at all company locations.Great staff and service at this store.However, it is rare that in business locations like hospitals, event venues, etc. both quality and service are lacking.

Great experience! I had no idea that you can order a kids hot Coco and they'll make it Lukewarm. my son was very happy with it, he said it was the perfect level of hotness. I really appreciated our cashiers

Went inside to order and waited over 30 minutes for 2 grande drinks and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches came out within 2-3 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes for our drinks, our food was cold. This location only cares about the drive through and the drive through times. 25 minutes into waiting I asked where our drink order was and I pointed out how the drive through has steadily gone down while the line of people waiting inside has grown substantially. She then told me "we get in trouble for the drive through times, we don't get in trouble for the wait inside" I asked if she could at least warm up the food and she told me she couldn't. She did however offer to just cancel my drinks but after waiting 30 mins that seemed pointless. This location has no sense of customer service at all.

This was a terrible experience the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I went in to pick up my order. It was completely ignored by two employees for 20 mins. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Most Starbucks have terrible service but this one was the worst.

I had the pleasure of being served by my barista daughter, while I was there, and I also got to sit back and watch with pride as she trained a new employee. But the best part was asking my daughter to surprise me, and then being given a delicious iced vanilla chai latte that I'm still thinking about!

Every time I order a Venti latte it’s not filled up at least a third of the cup is empty as if I ordered a grande. I even asked them to check the cup and I tipped them. Done not returning to this location

I used to always hit up this Starbucks when I was living on this side of town every other day. Everyone knows I love Starbucks with a passion. This location is quiet and the service is good!
