I usually don’t do reviews, but Jose absolutely made my day with how kind and friendly he was. He made my simple coffee run memorable. my matcha has never tasted better:)

Came in Monday morning 04/14. The cashier lady is super rude. She overcharged our drink and when I showed her my receipt from another Starbucks, seeked for an explaination, she acted like whatever she did is right and and did not care about the customer service at all. Will not return to this location ever again!

Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! The staff is good, and if you had problems with the staff, please be nice to them and go there more than one time before giving an absolute review. And don't get me started with red cup day, which is a free cup, which I still keep to this day! The only downside is that when they are gone, they do take a long to get back, but the pros OVERWHELM the cons! You gotta try their stuff, and I truly recommend the Mocha Cookie Crumble!

Just left this location seconds ago (2:30 or so) and didn’t have the time to go back. I ordered and said I wanted whipped in my drink and the guy at the drive thru with all of the piercings said whip came with it and I said I guess it depends on where you go because I’ve had to ask for it in the past, even though it’s part of the recipe. I get to the window and he’s arrogant as all get out and I tried to explain to him what I just said and he looked at me like I was crazy and handed me my drink. I pulled off and didn’t take a sip for a few minutes as I was getting where I had to go. Got to my destination at there was NO whip that “comes with it” and the drink was pure trash. Asked for double pumps and those weren’t there either. Stay away from this location!
