Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! Can’t remember her name but 2-3 weeks ago a young African American lady had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IVE EVER HAD AT STATBUCKS. She didn’t witness me and my friend because she was busy cleaning and she apologized which was totally okay and she was just THE BEST! Give her a raise .
Im not sure of her name but one of the managers went out of her way on her lunch break to give me a jump start in the parking lot and a tall ice water inside. Thumbs up to starbucks for picking the best people to run there stores
