Employees are consistently rude at this store. You walk in and they never acknowledge you. I expect to be greeted like most stores do. I walk up to the counter and no one even looks at me, and this goes on for eternity. I am a door dasher so I eventually have to get someone’s attention and tell them what I am there for. It’s very annoying. Other stores look at you and greet you and ask what you need. Do better.

I have seen a constant decline in customer service and staff friendliness. This store has had multiple staff turnover as well that contrito the deck.

I just ordered two of the holiday drinks and was very disappointed when trying them out. It literally tasted horrible. Like no other way to describe it, it was so bad I had to literally throw it away. I’ve never tasted such a horrible coffee before but yeah, sorry for the bad review but it was so bad I actually wrote one.

I don't know what happened in the last few months but this is one of the slowest locations I have ever visited. Drive thru or in store, the service is incredibly slow. I can mobile order ten or more minutes ahead, sit in a long line, and they still don't have my order done. One time I even had to pull out of the drive thru, park, and wait in the parking lot until they could brew tea. There was no one behind me and I had mobile ordered from home and drove all the way to the store. The only redeeming thing at this store is that Jose is the sweetest barista and always puts a smile on your face.

I ordered a mocha caramel frappe. The young lady who took my order asked if a wanted drizzle which I replied no to the drizzle. She delivered my order through the window and there was no whip cream. No drizzle DOES NOT mean no whip cream. I tried to give her the opportunity to correct the order by waving my hand and honking my horn to get her attention, but I was ignored. Highly disappointed in the level of service by the drive thru staff today at 4:30pm

UPDATE: Yeah, they can’t make a Brown Sugar Oatmeal Shaken Espresso properly any more. I foolishly continued to frequent this location, giving chance after chance. I get the same drink DAILY. I KNOW what it is supposed to taste like, look like, and how much ice it should have. I CONSTANTLY get cups CRAMMED with ice-to the point I can’t even stir them. If I ask for lite ice-I get a cup full of oatmilk. I’ve complained MULTIPLE times, to no avail. RIP OFF!!!! I’m THROUGH with wasting money. 7 Brew, here I come!!!!!

I really miss the old crew. I’m a regular… Not sure what happened to the entire crew (minus one), but you really did this location a disservice. The lines are ALWAYS long, they now take forever with drive through orders, they aren’t NEARLY as friendly…The old crew recognized me, and I was always warmly greeted and taken care of promptly, no matter the line length. They were ON TOP OF IT. The one gentleman that still remains is still amazing, but I rarely get to see him. At least every once in awhile I’m happy, I guess. :-(

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I purchased three Venti iced matchas, but instead of preparing them individually, the barista blended all three together, resulting in drinks that were mostly foam with barely any matcha flavor. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I had already driven off, and by then, I was too upset to go back—it wouldn’t have been a pleasant conversation.

This is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced drink. Matcha is already an acquired taste and not cheap—so for it to be watered down and mostly froth is beyond frustrating. I expect better quality and consistency from Starbucks. Please train your staff to follow proper procedures and respect customer orders.

Love there drinks - fraps. Hate the restroom policy we're your not allowed to use it unless you buy something. Nor can u hang there or even just get water. They do not give out water unless you buy something. But the staff are amazing thats why I give 5 stars and the food is decent. Atmosphere sucks because of the new policy

I always go through the drive thru early mornings. Jose is the best! Makes you feel like family! I always went to another location and now I make it a point to go here just because of Jose. He always puts me in a good mood. Then the cortado I always order even makes it better!

Man! Anytime I've ever visited a Starbucks location, they've usually been nice and welcoming. Yesterday I went to this location for the first time and it'll be the last. I was never greeted in the drive through with a warm hello or good afternoon. I got a "what do you want". 🙄 Okay so I ordered my two drinks for my wife and I. I then get a 'anything else'. Mmm I said nope thanks. 'Pull up to the window'. This chick was blunt and not professional at all. I'm usually met with 'what would you like, sir' and 'would you like to add anything else, sir'. Not by this employee. It was a skinny white female with short white hair. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't give you a name. I'm never coming back here again.
