Man! Anytime I've ever visited a Starbucks location, they've usually been nice and welcoming. Yesterday I went to this location for the first time and it'll be the last. I was never greeted in the drive through with a warm hello or good afternoon. I got a "what do you want". 🙄 Okay so I ordered my two drinks for my wife and I. I then get a 'anything else'. Mmm I said nope thanks. 'Pull up to the window'. This chick was blunt and not professional at all. I'm usually met with 'what would you like, sir' and 'would you like to add anything else, sir'. Not by this employee. It was a skinny white female with short white hair. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't give you a name. I'm never coming back here again.

TODAY-i Pulled up to the drive thru to pick up an online order for a BSShaken Espresso. First off there is never a long wait at this store and usually all the people are pleasant. However today I very unusual wait for 2 cars in line and the girl working the window at 12pm was NOT pleasant at all. First she attempt to give me the wrong drink, I told her that's not my order....while giving me my order she said nothing and immediately closed the window after rushing to give me my drink. Not sure why she would have an attudude when she clearly was the one at fault. And the drink I was given was so badly made...I didn't even drink it however i wasn't going back to visit this women with attudude again. So I wasted 7.00 today, so give thanks to that lady to making this experience a shitty one. You shouldn't be so upset when someone wants thier correct order. Maybe do some more customer service training.

I just had the most odd experience here. My friend got her and I a drink, no problem. We sat in the parking lot for barely a few minutes when we realized we forgot to ask for a water so I went through the drive thru and was told I wasn’t allowed to get a water without a purchase and that threw me for a loop as I’ve always been able to get a water with no problem but I can understand if that is their new policy I wasn’t going to argue. Immediately after I pulled forward I realized we did in fact make a purchase but simply forgot to ask forgot to ask for a water so I figured I could explain that to them at the window. I explained and she asked if she could see the sticker on my cup to which I turned it to show her only to realize it wasn’t there and was immediately given a skeptical attitude which again threw me for for another loop cause normally I’m met with hospitality and understanding where here I was met with the opposite. She starts immediately saying the drink wasn’t from this store which leaves me so confused because we did in fact make a purchase there so I just stated that it was actually from there but drove off because she had already walked away prior to me being able to defend myself. I drove off to park next to my friend again who was waiting for me and told her what happened to which she then said she is the one who took the sticker off cause they bother her. I had no idea as I just graciously took the drink cause she grabbed it for me. I understand they still have ever right to deny me service/a water but I just found it quite odd my interaction and how it was handled. I didn’t get to explain myself/stand up for myself cause I’m not one to argue and I get flustered easily so as soon as she shut me down, that was that. Disappointing.

This location is closed more often than open! Just drove thru at 7:30pm on Wednesday and their system is down so can’t take any order!! Wow, the system doesn’t make the drinks, so if you have humans working there, can’t they just take an order at the window and make the drinks? And then we can pay with cash. This business needs to learn to think on its feet. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve been prior to the 8:30pm closing time and they were already closed! This was my last visit to the store!

Im not the type of person to leave a bad review, but I’ve never had a worst experience at Starbucks before. The guy at the window was extremely rude (tall grayish hair and glasses). My coffee came out to $6.44. I didn’t have enough money on the app ($6.12) so I figured I would just cover the rest and change(.75c) well he definitely didn’t like that. He took my change scanned the app, then slapped my change(.75c) on the outside counter and told me I can leave now he wiped all the money out of my app (I had given him the $.75 because I intended to still have at least a little bit left in my account) and didn’t give me my change back and was rude and condescending. Me not being a fan of confrontation I just decide to leave. it’s not the first time that I’ve seen this guy be rude to somebody so I felt it was due time to say something.

Forgot to mention, when I tried to explain the .75 he wouldn’t let me, he kept talking over me.

Guy gee or whatever his apron said is rude and talks to people like they are stupid, makes you feel rushed, gave me my coffee with a broken lid so my drink spilled on me while I went to take a sip, just cause you give attitude with a smile doesn’t make it acceptable. Came at 9:40 am on 10/11/24

I came here today for a matcha with strawberry cold foam and over half the cup was just cold foam they literally just put a quarter of the actual drink in there. And I got a venti as well. They were friendly I’m just disappointed with how they made my drink!!

I got a drink down the road at 287 & cooper but unfortunately by the time I tried my matcha latte, it was horrible. I stopped at this location to ask if they could please make it right for me. The staff was so kind and helpful and made me feel less awkward about it. Thank you so much!!

Being rushed out of the drive through by old rude man, seems others in the reviews also have had issues with him. Throws the tip option right in your face to try and force a tip. Was extremely rude, told me to hurry up and get out of his line. Maybe it wasn’t his fault, estrogen injections do cause mood swings. Definitely won’t be back.
