I got a drink down the road at 287 & cooper but unfortunately by the time I tried my matcha latte, it was horrible. I stopped at this location to ask if they could please make it right for me. The staff was so kind and helpful and made me feel less awkward about it. Thank you so much!!

The service here has always been great and a pleasant staff. Even when they have terrible customers (which seems to happen a lot). Which is why the atmosphere doesn't get a great rating. Often not worth dining in.

Kim is such a great kind soul! She made me feel soo welcome and not rushed. I couldn’t make up my mind, didn’t have the right change and on top of that using a coupon but she still was so patient with a smile. That’s definitely outstanding customer service if you ask me!!
