I was just told you can't get a free water without a purchase when I got a free water yesterday. I guess any homeless population without money is basically given the big middle finger.
Bad ass
They either put two little oat milk or not enough ice either way it looks like my drink was already slipped out of because of how much they didn’t fill the cup. Starbucks is not cheap and I really shouldn’t be drinking it every day. However, I didn’t notice until I drove off, but I’m sure the cup went through three hands before it was given to me so we all failed at noticing please fill the cup. It’s expensive thanks!
The caramel crunch fapp with extra crunch and extra caramel non daily is absolutely delicious.

The customer service at this location is horrible,
The app is not working so I was confused in what usually order, he kinda told me how to look it up, I could not find it then I asked him if I could pull up to the window so he could help and he say: NO I CANT TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW! First of all sometimes when they don’t hear you they ask you to go to the window, he is not making sense. Is not my first time experiencing bad customer service here, I just go here because it’s on my way to work, but honestly if they don’t like what they do, they can always work elsewhere.

I've been frequenting this Starbucks for a few weeks ordering their venti cappuccino. Unfortunately the quantity of the beverage has been reduced to the amount of a teacup which to me is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay for $6.22 for a venti cappuccino , I expect to get what I pay for .I understand that foam takes up part of the room in the venti cup but it shouldn't take up over 50% and I have never had this issue with the Starbucks on Matlock and Bardin.
They messed up my order so they wanted to pull back around after their terrible service don’t recommend this location manager didn’t step in to help either
Giselle does not need to be on the morning shift. Horrible customer service. People are trying to get their coffee and get with their day. I had to drive to the window to place my order. One of.her peers said "I knew you missed a order." She didn't acknowledge or apologize for it. Just dryly asked "what can I get you."I had to ask for a drink carrier twice which she seemed not too happy to get.I'll get my coffee at another location if this is what I have to put up with.
