First off I want to say Chase is the best employee at this Starbucks I’ve ever met , everytime I come in even if it’s busy they never left me down with a smile. Chase deserves a raise keep being you and serving with a smile

This location is darker than other locations I have been in. Drinks and food is the same as other locations.

Everytime I make the drive out there it's closed. And you can no longer sit in and enjoy coffee. Better off hitting another location because at least it will be open. Waste of gas and time.

Usually just get coffee, but Holiday time the cranberry bliss bar is so addictingly tasty! Definitely recommend if you have not tried it. 😄

Shout out to the 11/11/25 crew! Starbucks needs more people like the folks at thia location. Trey was was on point because he has that classic Chick-fil-A energy.

Tre in the Drive-thru just gave me the most amazing customer service I’ve had in a while. As I was taking the last few sips of my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, extra caramel, extra crunch with no whipped cream I noticed they or he wrote “You’re Fantastic! :)” How awesome was that?!?! It made my day. Thanks to the entire morning crew today!

This is my go to location but for the past month, my drinks tasted watered down, I pay extra for add-ins and can tell nothing was added. I work too damn hard for my money and want what I pay for, is it too hard for consistency? I’ll pass on this location.

I do not like the Clover vertica: This was my go to for a good cup of brewed coffee, 5-6 days a week, for last 2 years. I've been a loyal patron of Starbucks for almost 30 years, across multiple countries, states, and cities, visited 3 of the reserve roaster locations. I still have my old golden rewards cars from over a decade ago, I even worked at Starbucks in college and then some... I fell in love with the brewed coffee, and after nearly 30 years I've felt I know what to expect. Quality....I tried the Clover a while back and instantly hated it. Again a few months back, same result... my go to store now has the Clover, it didn't even work and the corporate person on site to help with roll out suggested to just give me an americano....I loved this place but now never again, I'll take my business elsewhere, and I'll have to start driving to the smaller companies, but after almost 30 years I know this is sacrifice quality for profit...congratulations Starbucks you lost a longtime customer

I was just told you can't get a free water without a purchase when I got a free water yesterday. I guess any homeless population without money is basically given the big middle finger.
