2/3 items ordered either missing or wrong with no solutions or refund offered. mobile order took almost 30 minutes to get AFTER the time the order was supposed to be ready, and in person orders placed after the mobile orders were completed first. staff is incredibly unhelpful and work extremely slowly. one employee was biting his nails/had his hand in/near his mouth and proceeded to make food/drinks without washing hands or using gloves. very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive been to. There's no seasoned employee.. Everyone looks new and dont know what they're doing. This guy that worked on Aug 19th had a massive attitude; throwing drinks in the sink after I asked him to fix my original order. You'd assume people sitting down already got their order and chilling but they're actually all waiting on their orders cuz these ppl keep messing up the order 3-4 times. This place never has its hours updated neither. Someone mentioned this in the review from 3 years ago and still not fixed. Obviously opened on monday but says closed. Sad.. whoever is the owner, do better

The guy who was serving on March 22, 2023 was rude and snapped at me after not getting me the drink I wanted. They were also out of the cold brew coffee. After I drunk the frap they made me my stomach started hurting and I felt like I wanted to throw up. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.
