I like both UTA Starbucks locations, but this one is my favorite. I like that it looks more like a full Starbucks and the staff here are nice.The negative reviewers should remember that most of the employees here are students going through the stresses of classes and working just like everyone else. I've never experienced bad customer service here. If something is wrong with my drink I'll explain what I wanted and they're great with fixing it or remaking my drink.

Open late on weekdays which is nice. Have a tendency to get orders wrong and fraps often turn out weird, depends on who's staffing. Seen them slowed by difficulties with the cash register and accepting people's payment multiple times.
