literally go to the commons if you want good starbucks. this starbucks is the absolute worst one i’ve ever been to, for the last two semesters ive gone thinking things would be different but they never fail to make my order right, it’s literally just following instructions and putting in what i ask for/ paid for. the workers are lazy and don’t do anything when you come up the counter. just close the place down or hire better staff .

Don’t ever go to this place. This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Typically I don’t go to Starbucks but I left class 30 minutes early today to beat the line. I’ve been waiting for an hour just for them to not have my order in the system and still take a long time to make it after I brought it up to them. 😭 absolutely horrible. And I don’t think they’re training these employees good at all.

This is the worst starbucks ever. I ordered 2 drinks at 10 am and picked up at 10:30 am, only one of them was made and the other was not, when I asked for it, they told me they were out of heavy cream which was one of the ingredients, I said it was fine to make it without it, then 10 minutes later I still don't get my drink, and when I went to go ask for it, they said they did not have any strawberry puree either , this whole time one of the employees had the cup that was for my drink in her hand the whole time, and she did not even once called me over or went up to me to let me know they did not have the ingredient so they just had me standing there for 20 minutes and took almost a whole hour to make my drink. So they basically charged me $7 for a drink with none of the ingredients I asked for and they were super rude when I asked if I could order another drink instead. Never coming back again.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First off, there were more employees than customers, yet somehow it still took them 15 minutes to make my drink. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí with no water, knowing I'd be charged extra—but then this random person comes up from behind me, starts chatting with the staff in their native language, and suddenly I’m being overcharged without anyone saying a word to me. Fine, whatever.
The employee who took my order had the nerve to give me a stank face when I asked for no water—honestly, that’s when I should have walked out. But no, I stuck it out, only to be charged $6.57 for what was supposed to be a venti, and they hand me a grande instead. I immediately told them I ordered a venti, and the employee acted like I was the one being inconvenient for wanting the drink I paid for. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money here. The service is absolutely terrible.

I ordered a frappe online order then I walk in and they tell me they cant make it (they can they just don't want to put any effort into this) waited 45 minutes for 1 small drink the people who work there barely speak English and repeatedly need yo hear my order it took almost 20 minutes for them to take my order then more waiting there were like 4 people in the building half the menu they won't even make and the workers are clueless stop going here spend your money elsewhere so it can have some value too it
Only use this location if you have 30+ min to wait, would not recommend to come here if you have some place to be. The workers are probably too new to be faster.
