Worst employees ever working here, they take more than 30 min for a drink. And sometimes forget about your drink too. Some girl was talking on phone too instead of making drinks. It’s better to drive through to other starbucks than wait here.
The service was so bad ,me and my friends ordered right after another and all our orders took like 30 minutes minimum.Many people were reminding the baristas of their orders.Many people were waiting and some even left without their drink.My friend ordered a CAKE POP and WATER .That order took 40 minutes.The whole cafe was angry and big crowds waiting for their drink.

Overbearing manager who prefers controlling the customers over helping his barista’s clear their order list. Witnessed this manager approach, multiple customers telling them how Starbucks works and where they need to wait, pushing them away from the counters in a way that caused a disruption and more chaos than if he would’ve just helped his baristas make drinks since they were getting backed up The only reason he thinks he can approach customers this way is because most of them are college students that are probably 18 to 21 years old. When an adult said something to him, he completely backed down. I changed my mind. He wasn’t overbearing. He was being a bully.

I never make reviews EVER. However, today I waited 35 minutes for one drink. There were five people on the floor, all of them working on one drink at a time leaving the register unattended. They were picking and choosing what drinks to make first despite the order they came in. It’s unacceptable. I couldn’t even get a refund.

They move super slow it’s annoying
This place is wack. Ordered and was waiting for 30 , 40 min and looked at everyone picking up their order relatively quick so i was confused. I went up and said where’s my order and they was confused then they looked and my cup in the corner doing nothing. That free time turned into being late to class.

It's not as bad as I thought tho. After reading the reviews I thought it's gonna be a very bad experience, BUT! hear me out, every time I go here, my experience gets better and better. I appreciate the hard of the baristas here, even tho they r students, they're trying to be good, and I appreciate that. Also, sometimes the lines are very long and there will be only 2 baristas available, so it typically takes more time to make your order at these kind of situations, so please do not accuse the workers in these situations, it's not their fault. Overall I think they can do more better and right now they are improving their work. Overall, it's a lovely experience.

literally go to the commons if you want good starbucks. this starbucks is the absolute worst one i’ve ever been to, for the last two semesters ive gone thinking things would be different but they never fail to make my order right, it’s literally just following instructions and putting in what i ask for/ paid for. the workers are lazy and don’t do anything when you come up the counter. just close the place down or hire better staff .

Don’t ever go to this place. This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Typically I don’t go to Starbucks but I left class 30 minutes early today to beat the line. I’ve been waiting for an hour just for them to not have my order in the system and still take a long time to make it after I brought it up to them. 😭 absolutely horrible. And I don’t think they’re training these employees good at all.
