Recently with these drinks I have been recieving I’m indecisive if I should go back and return it or not cause I hate to be that person , not sure if to much a ice is used or not enough flavoring

What’s the point of mobile order if y’all aren’t going to use it? I swear I order ahead 10-15 minutes and my order is never ready upon arrival. I ALWAYS have to remind them of missing items. Even the assumed supervisor gripes at them for making me wait. It’s never super busy around the time I order so I don’t get it!
