What’s the point of mobile order if y’all aren’t going to use it? I swear I order ahead 10-15 minutes and my order is never ready upon arrival. I ALWAYS have to remind them of missing items. Even the assumed supervisor gripes at them for making me wait. It’s never super busy around the time I order so I don’t get it!
Walked in and there were two elderly men playing a game of chess. Baristas accommodated me when I needed help ordering, they were in a rush but still polite and presentation was so nice!!
