The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Sharing a bathroom with men is not a good idea. There was urine all over the seat and dirty.

We were a group of 5 friends who had met each other after a long time and it was very difficult to meet again because we're far away and we chose this Starbucks. When we entered the shop, there were only three employees in the shop and there were no customers so the employees were not busy. So we asked the employee to take a picture of the 5 of us together just 10 steps away from the ordering area. But the employee seemed very annoyed and they talked to each other for a while just to decide to help us to take 1 picture 🤧🤧 , I had to wait a few minutes for a female employee to come out and take a picture for us, so I gave 1 star because the employee was not helpful.🥲

3 times in 2 weeks my order was wrong. Today I ordered a tea latte, on Wednesday I ordered Banana Bread and I got a croissant, last week I ordered an English tea latte and got an Earl Gray. This is my husband’s go to and my go to is anything but Starbucks!

The past few times I’ve come they have a “temporarily closed” sign. Why??

I experienced sexual harassment by the staff the minute I walked in this morning at 9:00am and immediately left!

Order apple Crisp with ice on the side. My drink was only filled a little above the halfway mark. I asked why they said because i didn't get ice in my drink. This hasn't happened before at other Starbucks, and normally, this location fills my cup without the ice. I get my drink without ice due to me not drinking it right away, and to avoid it being watered down from the ice melting.

I absolutely love this location. My order is always correct, delicious, and the customer service is top notch. This is the only Starbucks in North Arlington that I will go to.

decided to get a coffee on my way back home and i ended up at this starbucks instead of the one i ordered from and they were kind enough to make the drink for me so i wouldn’t have to circle around. amazing customer service and it looked clean inside. will definitely come back to this one next time in arlington.

I was there today! When picking up my order, the person who helped me was rude. The management needs to talk to their staff... They're just out to make money!

Cozy little storefront. Only problem is that there were at least 4 flies in the pastry case all over the food. When I quieltly brought it to the servers attention she said oh yeah, we have a fly problem and I am not sure how to fix it at this point. Buyer beware, check the pastry case for flies before you buy.

The drive-thru? A dream! Fast, friendly, and always spot-on with my order. The staff here? Top-notch! They’ve mastered the art of making you feel like you’re their favorite customer—every single time.

And let’s not forget the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a longer stay, this Starbucks has become my little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend! ☕?

Each Starbucks is unique. The drinks taste different in each one. The service is also different, some are friendly and others are not. But I really like the drinks and the service here.

All I wanted was the new iced energy drink. It’s a sign in the drive thru that displays the new drinks. I read the sign verbatim and ordered it. The lady says hold on she has to find it. She finds it then asks me if I wanted it frozen. I say no I want the new iced energy drink that’s on this picture. She tells me she doesn’t know what’s on the picture and say they have some frozen drink. I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A FROZEN DRINK!!! She went back and forth with me FOR NO REASON!!!! So I drove off!! Terrible experience!! Won’t go back!! This just happened 15 mins ago if yall need a timeline!!
