i usually come this starbucks because
it’s closest to my house, but i came yesterday afternoon and they were unable to break a $100 bill on a decently sized order so i was unfortunately turned away and unable to receive my items. you’d think a large corporation such as starbucks wouldn’t have this issue, i’m a partner myself and we always are able to break a $100 or we find a solution to keep the customer happy, never turn someone away and tell them there’s nothing we can do. i will go out of my way from now on to find a different store.

It used to be a nice place before the remodel…
Some of the servers are just plain rude. The best experience of my visits is the man that always great you, opens the door for the ladies and waves goodbye every morning.

I am fully understanding that things happen and there will always be a wait, but I have been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes with only 6 cars ahead. My order pick up will no longer be cold and will be fully melted. Location is always slow and needs better management.

Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks I pass on my way to work. They are very rude here. A completely empty store but I had to wave someone down, walk around to the order counter and still they they acted Like I bothered them so bad. It is always like this . They definitely need training.

This Starbucks has the worst staff, sadly. They are always rude. I like to treat myself once and awhile and always regret it here and tipping 😖 You catch more flies with honey guys.

I order from this location every morning, It is on my way to work. I do not enjoy this location. Besides the nice man that stands outside and waves and opens the door. The employees are RUDE. A young black girl with braids and a face mask just acts like she hates everyone. She is rude every time I encounter her. They act like everything is an inconvenience.

Wouldn’t even know how to explain what just happened, but to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. There’s another Starbucks up the road (as usual).
