I don't know why, but EVER.SINGLE.TIME I oder from this location through Uber eats my cup is always half way empty. Doesn't matter what size it is. It is actually infuriating. I don't understand why it is so physically hard for them to make a drink properly. Don't work there if you're that lazy. I will not be ordering from this location anymore because quite frankly, I have gotten tired of wondering if they are going to get the order right for once.

I went to this Starbucks around 3:30 PM on a Friday, and it was honestly terrible. When I first walked in, nobody came to take my order-I was standing there for a while, basically being ignored. When someone finally did take my order, it took almost 20 minutes to get my drinks.

The barista was moving extremely slowly, and after making one of my drinks, they started preparing someone else’s order before finishing mine. I ordered a Frappuccino, and by the time I finally got it, it was already melting.

To make things worse, when I got to my car, I noticed the lids weren’t placed on properly. The drinks spilled in my car and even on my clothes. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing visit. I hope management takes note because this location really needs improvement in customer service and efficiency.

To start off we weren’t greeted, my partner really had to use the restroom since we drove 2 hours to Dallas and she had to wait since we have to make a purchase in order to use the restroom? You also have to make a purchase for water which was understandable I guess, but I waited the same amount of time it usually takes to make a Frappuccino for a water?? The food didn’t even taste fresh. Overall not the best experience. Disappointed in this Starbucks.

The baristas are nice but there is either a staffing issue or a disorganized team this store does not handle peak well at all. If you come in when it’s slow the experience is exceptional but if you see a line don’t even try. The wait and confusion of orders is not worth it head to McDonald’s or a gas station it will be much easier and faster. If the baristas weren’t stretched so thin it probably wouldn’t be like this. I placed an online order came after the estimated time and still have to wait for a sandwich that to me seems like a disorganized team train your managers better. :(
