The olave looks nice, but Diana the batista assumed that we are not customers although we walked in and expressed our wanting to order something and she was very rude and without even saying hello said you need to be a customer to use the restroom no tips over here

When did they start putting locks on the bathrooms? This usually only happens in the really bad parts of town! Is that what N Arlington has come to? Wow!

Hot Coffee and waiting for unwarmed pastries in my mobile order. We have patronized this Starbucks every Sunday for 2+ years. Today, I ordered pastries with our drinks via the mobile order app. Drinks were ready but the pastries were not. Since we didn't request the pastries warmed, I went to the main counter to get the pastries because I thought they forgot them being busy and all. I was polite, even said "Pardon me....." when I asked about the pastries, the attendant (Christina) was so dismissive with an attitude, "When it's ready it will be at the end of the counter," she said. So, I have half an order and then I'm given an attitude for asking about it? My coffee will be cold while I wait for 2 pastries that should have been ready with the rest of the mobile order? Christina pointed to the bags of food ready waiting for the food prep individual to put them on the end of the counter. So I went back down to the end of th counter. When mine weren't in that drop off. I asked him personally, yet Christina felt the need to insert herself into that conversation. So I asked for a manager. Well, the manager was making drinks....and said he heard me being rude. WHAT?! He heard my frustration but over looked Christina's initial dismissive, nasty response that was the cause of my frustration. Can't say I'm surprised by that. Why else would an employee speak to me in such a way in the first place unless she new she had the license/managerial backing to do so. I asked for a refund. Christina told me to get in line. I got in line to get the refund and Christina walked away from the register when it was my turn. Again, she didnt say 'one moment' or 'excuse me,' she just walked off; and she did this in front of her manager who said nothing about the behavior. The young lady who came over to help me apologized for the issue and I thanked her for that, but Christina should have been the one to apologize because she started this issue with her dismissive and nasty reply to my inquiry about the pastries (that didnt even have to be warmed). Most Starbucks attendants would have reached in, grabbed the cold pastries and I would have been on my way. I was surprised she didn't do that and responded in such a nasty way. Starbucks was wrong to begin with--- letting the coffee get cold while waiting for pastries. As others have said on this thread, Customer service is just as important as the coffee, and this kind of treatment was completely unnecessary. I hope management addresses this to ensure a better experience for customers. I realize this will be just a post, considering the manager's response in the store any response, if at all, will be in kind.

I had a bad experience today, I ordered a drink with little ice and in the form of mockery I received a separate glass full of ice and my drink full of ice... The person who attended me in dry thru found it funny he shared it with his colleagues and they began to laugh even with laughter, one of them passed by and said, that "it's really stupid" on top of that they gave me the drink badly...

Today is my birthday, and I don't usually go to Starbucks, but I heard that I would be able to get a free drink if I stopped by. The manager (I think?) was so incredibly nice, and I unexpectedly felt so special after that exchange! I didn't have the app at the time, so she kindly guided me through the process of downloading it and gave me a very generous drink with a customized birthday message. Truly, her sweetness really made my day even more special! Now I kind of want to get Starbucks a little bit more often haha

I came here (2/17) in the evening around 6, staff was great and welcoming. The cashier who took my order was very knowledgeable about the beverages they serve and helped me decide on what to order! I will most definitely be coming back!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks today around 5 PM. We waited at the drive-thru intercom for about two minutes with no response, so we drove up to the window to place our order. Instead of being understanding, the employee working the window, Diana, was visibly annoyed, gave us attitude, and even rolled her eyes. Customer service is just as important as the coffee, and this kind of treatment was completely unnecessary. I hope management addresses this to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

Really poor service. It took like ten minutes just to make a cup of coffee.

TLDR: great but busy location… be patient, kind to staff, and check items before leaving.

If you see reviews about this location saying it takes forever, orders are wrong, etc. read it with a grain of salt. This is an extremely busy location and with that comes honest mistakes/confusion.

Between online, in-house, and drive through orders consisting of 5+ items… you can’t tell me you wouldn’t make a mistake on occasion or that wires wouldn’t get crossed.

The staff is always nice, welcoming, and accommodating; given you aren’t rude and or demanding. It is always extremely clean inside and most importantly, behind the counters.

Take a few more minutes to ensure you received the right items and that everything is as it should be (non expired, warm, etc.). If it’s not, say so and employees are more than happy to help.
