This is a good location for a quick coffee, good service and it’s very easy to use their drive-through…. I ordered the vanilla latte. It was excellent.

My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.
Seriously to have people like them representing your business, I could only be so lucky!?

We go to this often and order the same thing every single time. This time my husband goes to order; a venti caramel ribbon crunch with no whip at the bottom and extra crunchies. He gets his drink and notices there is no extra crunch. When he approaches them about it they advise him “we’re tryna refrain from doing that…” then proceeds to say “we don’t have a button for that” my husband then asks “why wasn’t that told to me when I ordered. There’s a button for extra crunch but we don’t get it?” We would have even paid for the extra crunch but they refused to fulfill his request and stood on the “we will not give extra crunch” needless to say we did call corporate and they rectified the situation but it was the principle that rather then just telling us upon ordering they couldn’t do the extra topping they just assumed we wouldn’t notice then tell us no…
Starbucks customer service use to be top tier; but this location is the exception and I can tell by all the other recent reviews.
The supervisor he spoke to was Andrew who refused to fix the order and what was printed on the ticket.
This Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been at in my entire life. The people were unfriendly had frowns and acted like I was disturbing their damn job by asking them to do their damn job.

My teenagers went in for some drinks, their apple pay was down, they were rude to my girls, and when I came in to pay, they re-rang the order in wrong, handed us the drinks (which were both wrong), and there was absolutely no friendliness what so ever. I was the one who did the thanking and said, "have a nice day." Hospitality is gone with the wind these days. The whole store (Tom Thumb) smells like rotten potatoes.

I am a Starbucks fan, but the service I recieved from this location was by a huge let down. I ordered my drinks around 7:15 this evening (7/29/2023) and the unprofessionalism service was the first bad experience I have had from Starbucks (and I am a frequent customer).The young woman who helped me had no customer service hospitality or professionally. Both of my drinks (caramel frap and a blended dragonfruit refresher) when completed, were separated. Liquid on the bottom half of the cup and blended ice on the top. I was very unhappy with this visit but i did not want to to ask the young lady to remake my drinks due to the fact that she had already let me know that she was trying to close down already. I will not be coming back to this location.

Best employees ever. Not only did they compliment me but I forgot my coffee cake but they literally ran to give it back to me! Give them a raise!!

8 AM no customers except me , barista seems like she doesn’t want to be there she got the order wrong ,she did not try to fix it
I have been a Starbucks customer longer than the barista behind counter been alive. Couldn’t get a refill because there’s no refill button??? Think I’ll get a call from a manager?
They have good drinks
The quality of the drinks have gone down. The chai latte taste like milk.. You took away the Valencia refresher which was really tasty.. I avoid it as much as possible.
