Mobile ordering here takes longer than ordering in store. They really don’t pay attention to any mobile orders. Makes it impossible to be on time using the app at this location.

Horrible customer service. We walked in yesterday 8/12/25 and mistaken the girl standing at the counter was ready to take our order and apologized when she told us the other girl next to her would help me out. This same girl we mistaken at the counter was rude when my aunt went up to her to tell her the restroom was out of toilet paper. She told my aunt ok with an attitude as if asking what do you want me to do about it? As my aunt turned around, she rolled her eyes at my aunt. I saw this happened and asked the other girl (same one taking our order) to allow me to speak to a manager about the situation. The manager on site didn’t come out to speak to us. The girl told us, she let the manager knew about what happened and she was sorry on behalf of her peer associate. In the entire store, at lease one person had manners. I sadly didn’t get both girls name. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

Absolutely rude. If you don’t have a certain skin tone and hair texture dont even bother they won’t even acknowledge you and when you’re finally all ordered they will let your order sit there like you’re not waiting. They won’t call your name like they call every one else’s. There was a girl doordashing and when she walked in they told her the order wasn’t ready and they’d let her know. When she walked up 20 mins later the same girl pointed to two bags that had been sitting there since before she even walked in. They young lady explained that the order had been ready for over 10 minutes according to the app. They just shrugged their shoulders and pointed to the bag. Absolutely ridiculous. When the girl was leave she was saying she wouldn’t dash in the area anymore because it’s very common. That’s is disheartening to say the least.

Very busy location, delicious as usual. I'm not a fan of their food, but they do have some good stuff. But I am here for the drinks. The best is the Venti White Chocolate Moca! Yummy as always. Service was good, but not as friendly as other locations I have been to. I think they were just stressed out. It was very busy when I came in.
Joey is the best barista, truly she makes my drink perfect. The cold foam is exactly how it should be made and the only Starbucks location I’ve found that makes it perfect.

I come in 3-4 times a week to pick up either water or a frappe because I work next door. I make sure to tip every time I pay for something. Today I come in and I am denied water because of a “policy”. No longer coming in. Change your policy.
