I hope this rotten place never opens back up. Worst customer service and wait time I've ever seen in a restaurant.

I got the Nutella shake and it was good.I waited 10 minutes to order and over 5 min for my shake. 3 stars for the shake. 2 stars taken away for the wait. I should have left, but I was already waiting awhile. 5 cars left while I waited to order.

Food is always good. The service is always slow. They were not busy at all and it took 35 minutes to get our burgers and fry's. Then another 5 minutes after that before our shakes finally arrived. Should have just gone to Sonic again. But, we do like the Garlic Burgers, so once in a while, we'll endure the wait.

Great for all meals. I love my food fresh and just I like it and this location always comes through. Staff is very attentive making customers are taking care of. Customer service is slowly vanishing from most eateries but is appreciated by you all.

I tried the frisco melt. Very good. I like a potato-y French fry so I was disappointed with shoestring potatoes but everything was hot & fresh. I loved that it was convenient for me: within walking distance to my location at the time. Fast drive- thru and friendly staff. My youngest son would be lived it!

Food was not hot, burger, fries, onion rings we're not hot they we're all a very light warm. And the restroom was not too clean and the floors we're not too clean. I've had better experiences at this steak n shake.

Hamburger had very little meat. Told server we wanted shakes as a take out, and they made and brought them before food was delivered. French fries were good and hot, which was a plus.
Ate there a couple of times but because of the location, just don't go there. Have great shakes and their burgers are very good.

Vegan or Vegetarian Shopping in the area, hungry with little time. Stopped by and simply ordered grilled onions and mushrooms with tomato wrapped in lettuce and they worked it out with no questions asked other than do you want sauce or fries with that! Love it! Eric the general manager has Amazing Customer Service down packed! Thanks again for making my stop quick and easy!

Delicious food at a great price! My partner said he would rather order to-go burgers from here over Five Guys from now on. That's a huge deal because he loves Five Guys burgers! I had the Frisco Melt - too good! Their shakes are enormous and delicious. We shared a cookies and cream.

The staff were very friendly. Our waiter Dee was very nice and attentive and she was friendly. We ordered shakes and they were nicely made and good. The food was good as well. We did not have to wait long and the prices are cheap can't beat that. We would go back again.
