This is the BEST experience i’ve ever had at ANY steak ‘n shake. It was SO good i had to take my time eating it because i don’t know when i’ll ever be able to experience that goodness EVER AGAIN. Oh and don't even get me started about the Frisco sauce. If you’ve never tried it YOU’RE MISSING OUT. Best experience EVER. Thank you so much for this good food.

Not only is she stylish, beautiful, and kind, but she is extremely professional and genuinely cares about her customers. Give this woman a raise! Promote her to a trainer and send her across the country to teach other locations how to level up their customer service training—I’m so serious! It’s needed! 💯

Food was GREAT but temperature in the restaurant felt like a deep freezer. Should've got our food to go & ate in the car. Note, we had on jackets and still froze. I definitely recommend but bring your heaviest sweater & a coat if you dine in.

i would give it 5 started except you are forced to use the kiosk. i had two elderly people with me and several young children that struggled.

45 min wait for 3 regular meals! Dirty wet floor, at least 5 groups came in after us and received their food before us. Chili fries were so gross and soggy. And the food cost $45! Never, ever come here, it is so disgusting and disorganized! Run for the hills.

Steak and shake going back and using beef tallow to cook their fries is a game changer. That flavor brought me back to my youth.

Completely empty. Forced to use kiosk. Could not get my order right. I was amazed that the soda machine has a employee there to scan your drinks. I don't mind as I rarely get a refill but I was thinking how incredibly stupid that is. The soda police followed me to my table and wouldn't leave. It seemed unreal - I immediately looked for a hidden camera. Remember now, we are the only customers in the place. Well dressed, came right from church and my friend Bill ( who is occasionally in my photos) happens to be in a wheelchair.
The food review is as follows: the beef fellow fallow french fries which they have been hyping up in their advertising did not meet up to my expectations. Burger was overcooked, and I never got the shake I was trying to order from the kiosk.
I rarely give a bad review but this experience crossed too many lines for me.

Haven’t came to this steak and shake in a long time and once my family and I arrived Liz welcomed us and helped us with everything. Food was good and so was the milkshakes!

If you want to pay full price of $5 for a chocolate shake, then get a glass 85% full, this might be a good place. If you expect to get what you pay for, go anyplace else. To compound the issue, when you go through the drive through for. 2nd time, and expect the manager to remake the shake or something to make it right, that person could care less. Terrible customer service and poor attitude. Clearly needs to find a job elsewhere and not manage or speak to customers she learns a small amount of empathy and customer service skills.
