My employee went to yalls location do get food and break a 100$ bill and the GENERAL MANAGER said that it’s fake and that “she’s the marker” to identify its real. And keep in mind we marked it with a money marker before he left the job AND went to Walmart to have them check it AND ITS REAL so I don’t know why she acting like she is the marker and stuff. How is she the manager when she was rude to my employee and didn’t even toast his sandwiches all the way. Did half ass toast

I do not want to mess up anyone’s livelihood, so I will not be specific on who. However, I did see an employee sneeze right on their gloves, and continue to add and arrange the food, without changing their gloves and washing their hands. I was sitting down eating so I assume they didn’t think I seen them. Please have a meeting on cleanliness and sanitation because I was disgusted.

no more real 100% beef meatballl...it's now pork and beef and who knows if it's 95% pork and 5% beef....also the bread is very hard to chew it's like chewing gum

They only take orders on app wouldn't take the paper Coupons. Sad. I had BoGo footlong sub w Drink that wasn't what was on the app. Tension got higher w the one I was with. Because I feel technically challenged. But you watermelon w cucumber juice was delicious too.

I just went to the restaurant today and I bought a foot long grill chicken sandwich as soon as started eating it I saw a hair like white looking with blue fibre thing sticking out of the bread, I brought this to the attention of the black female manager and she was very rude, loud and aggressive towards me. She told me that there was line and that she was busy as if to deter me from showing her my findings, however I waited patient on her until a few minutes she came back to me very aggressively telling me that she can give me a refund which I refused and walked out because she was so loud and aggressive towards everyone in store could hear her. I will never go back to that subway and I will not recommend anyone to that subway as long as she is the manager, this lady has no customer service skill. Subway you surely can do better than this.
