They only take orders on app wouldn't take the paper Coupons. Sad. I had BoGo footlong sub w Drink that wasn't what was on the app. Tension got higher w the one I was with. Because I feel technically challenged. But you watermelon w cucumber juice was delicious too.

I just went to the restaurant today and I bought a foot long grill chicken sandwich as soon as started eating it I saw a hair like white looking with blue fibre thing sticking out of the bread, I brought this to the attention of the black female manager and she was very rude, loud and aggressive towards me. She told me that there was line and that she was busy as if to deter me from showing her my findings, however I waited patient on her until a few minutes she came back to me very aggressively telling me that she can give me a refund which I refused and walked out because she was so loud and aggressive towards everyone in store could hear her. I will never go back to that subway and I will not recommend anyone to that subway as long as she is the manager, this lady has no customer service skill. Subway you surely can do better than this.

One time I came in at 8:45pm bro said he couldn’t make my food when they had another fifteen minutes left with no one inside then a couple of days ago this lady at night made my food with a whole attitude and then I told her I wanted a kids meal and she didn’t put anything for a kids meal then she didn’t charge me for it when I told her I wanted a kids meal she said “ well I have alot of people that think they said something but they didn’t “ when ik what I said

Stopped by during my lunch. The 3 ladies up front were so nice. And fast. The place was clean and neat.
Two employees that were working that night did not know what they were doing. We’re running back-and-forth from the front and the back says that they did not accept coupons ,and out of ice and apparently pizzas. It was 7 o’clock when I went in. Took me 30 minutes to have two sandwiches made.

The only reason I like going here is because an employee named Siri always treats me right. She knows her stuff, she is fast and always puts in work with a smile. Even if people come in 3min before closing she always takes care of everyone. She is my main reason for liking this location because other employees a year or 2 ago couldn’t even remember to turn off the open sign wayyyy past closing. I’d drive by at 11am and see the open sign on with nobody in there: Siri is the best!
