Latasha Jones did a phenomenal job, I frequent this location all the time and she does a great job. My sandwich is always neat well put together, also she has a great attitude everytime I come in.

Worst experience of my life cheater manager I ordered online for lunch when I get there manager said we are out of bread sorrrry I said you already ruined my lunch time BTW I asked for my refund they said it will be in your account 2 to 3 working days then after 7 days I checked my account no refund I went there and the same guy he said oh ok 2 more days and the behaviour was very rude after 10 more days I stull didn't get any refund I tried to complain subway online never get any email or number tried to do complain online on website but no response I got there on the franchise manager said I don't know it's not my concern and I can't do anything no sorry no help just rude
I was just here at 05/03/25 The Sandwich artist(Krystal) that had served me had Stellar service quick timing with great memory to everything I asked. Especially when she was the only person left on staff at that time (as the other coworkers had left her by herself at the store) Amazing customer service great job would come again deserves a pay raise

This branch deserves a zero review. I placed an order online and when I went to the branch they told me “we don’t have Italian herb and cheese bread”. I said ok can I please get the refund since they didn’t had the audacity to just call and inform about it. After 3 weeks I still have not received any refund nor any compensation. Pathetic Service

This location never participates in promotions and it’s actually quite ridiculous. Manager was a bit arrogant about it when I asked. Furthermore, food was good but all I buy is a sandwich. Would rather get my chips and drink from the dollar store next door lol.

Only 1 person working, trying to make online orders and orders to go and answer phones. Ring ppl up. My order was wrong, but I felt bad calling back to complain. She forgot my extra pickles and added olives. I hate olives. I scrapped them off but didn't eat my whole sandwich. I had to wait for her to finish 3 other ppl's orders so she could hand me my online order. I mean, it's only 1 person working everything, so I get it. The employee working 11/26/24 did her best for one person. She's the reason I give it 3 stars and not 1. Management needs to step up. Unless she is the manager.
