This location never participates in promotions and it’s actually quite ridiculous. Manager was a bit arrogant about it when I asked. Furthermore, food was good but all I buy is a sandwich. Would rather get my chips and drink from the dollar store next door lol.

Only 1 person working, trying to make online orders and orders to go and answer phones. Ring ppl up. My order was wrong, but I felt bad calling back to complain. She forgot my extra pickles and added olives. I hate olives. I scrapped them off but didn't eat my whole sandwich. I had to wait for her to finish 3 other ppl's orders so she could hand me my online order. I mean, it's only 1 person working everything, so I get it.
The employee working 11/26/24 did her best for one person. She's the reason I give it 3 stars and not 1. Management needs to step up. Unless she is the manager.

While my wife and I were pleased with the food, whoever is managing this store needs to get a clue. One employee working during the dinner rush? How is she expected to make my online order while other customers come into the store? The reality is the new customers simply walk out because they don’t want to wait. Blatant failure on the part of the manager/owner; clearly they don’t spend much time in the store with their struggling employee who is doing their best.
I had the privilege to try the new Spicy Nacho Cheese Steak Sub with the fire bread. The sub was awesome. I give it a thumbs up. I'll definitely order it again. Also, shot out Karla (Subway Manager) which gave me awesome Customer Service. I've been there a few times and she has always been so welcoming.

The subway is dirty, they have to work hard on it. The veggies are old, past the mark, frozen lettuce bowl, and black on the avacado squeeze.

When I walked in the young lady behind the counter didn’t speak or understand much English. She was getting confused with me asking for a 6 inch and 12 inch sandwich. Then they were out of white bread so I had to go with whole wheat ( which was hard as a brick) then I said just a little bit of Ranch and she was poring it on! Another employee scraped off some of the Ranch Dressing then I was told they didn’t accept coupons!So, in other words I paid $18.00 for 2 lousySandwiches!!! I won’t be back there and calling the corporate office about the coupons!!! Waste and my money!

Always have a great time visiting this Subway. The pretzels are a solid treat for the price. Love my turkey and roast beef. Regards for the two ladies working night shift. Twice now I've been here while they deal with customer situations over so little.

I have been denied service twice in the last month from this location because they were “closed”. Once they closed an hour before the closing time according to the Subway app. I had ordered food via their app and they said they never received it. However, before I got back to my car the order magically was cancelled - that order they didn’t have, mind you. The other time they were still open, but it was too close to their closing time so they refused service. Even though they were definitely, definitely still open.I would like to know why you are not accepting customers, whether or not they have already paid for their food, and insisting they leave.Horrible service.In addition, the one time in the last month I was able to get food from them, it was super gross. Tasted like week old bread and like the ingredients had been left out all day.

When I ordered my food on 11/14/2023 I really thought I was gonna get a sub full of turkey. I got the Titan Turkey which is supposed to have more turkey in general but on top of that I paid the extra $3 to add double amount of turkey. Since I went during my lunch break to pick it up I just grabbed it and left cause I only get 30 minutes for lunch . To my surprise when I finally opened the sandwich they completely didn’t get my order right , it was the wrong bread( bread was also very hard) and they didn’t give me nearly the amount of turkey that I paid for . This isn’t the first time they have gotten my order wrong ( they once gave me a whole different sub from the one I ordered) but I tried to give them another chance and that was a huge mistake. Never going back. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
