Theyre lazy and don’t want to serve any one I wonder if their managers are aware of the time stealing going on at this location. There’s no way this place makes money with all the customers they turn away daily. Its sad and customers deserve better

The staff are usually pleasant and do a pretty good job keeping things moving and not hold you up any more than necessary.

Ordered online 10 times in the last 6 months, only received my food 4 of those times. Kept being told to go online to get refunded but neither they or the online company knows how to do this. Stay far far away from this place.

In this instance, I placed my order using the app, and during or just afterwards their online order taking went down. When I was told my order wasn't received I pulled it up on my cellphone to show the employee but he had immediately turned and walked into the back area and didn't return for 5 minutes at which time I left and went to another restaurant for something else. When I got home I check my credit card and discovered that I had been billed for the order I didn't receive. I called and notified the card provider, and they reversed the charges. I have previously used the App successfully and the subs I received then were as good as ever.
