The customer service is 0 I asked one of employees to give me little bit of ranch aside with my order she refused by saying I don't see ranch in the receipt I told her that I can't order ranch aside like side so I told to forget the ranch and I left later I found out my sandwich wasn't toasted ....a very bad experience

Had lunch at this Subways today. First no one at the serving counter. Several of us were waiting for someone to show up and take our order. Man behind me got desperate and started to bang on the serving counter. Finialy a lady comes out from the back and with an attitude says there is no tomatoes and no spanish. Give me a break, this Subways is inside a Super Walmart and you tell me they cannot get some vegis? Terrible service, not to come back again.
I ordered Uber eats delivery from this location and it was THE WORST sandwich I e ever seen. 1 slice of meat across the bottom of a footlong. No Mayo, or any extras ordered as part of the order. I ordered 3 foot longs and 2 were not edible as delivered. 1 sandwich had green tomatoes. I’m disgusted by your presentation and standards. I spent over $50 on 3 sandwiches and couldn’t even enjoy it. It will be Jersey Mike’s from here on out.

I just walked in later than I would have preferred ,but before closing time, and I was helped by a gentleman who was kind, understanding, helpful, and attentive. His communication skills were great. I don’t recall this young man’s name but I wanted to express how great of an experience I had. I haven’t tried the food but the good customer service deserves the 5 stars anyways.
We were waiting in line and there was two workers there then the customer came out of nowhere and asked her a question and she’s like oh I’ll make it right away which allowed him to cut in line. The worker looked at us and rolled her eyes. Very bad service didn’t buy nothing from the subway and never will come back.

So I’m a Pepsi vendor I was installing coolers at the Walmart I did my online order so that it would be ready for when I was done doing my install. Well I get there and the lady says that they are out of the bread I wanted so I’m like okay so it’s not ready…. She’s like would u like a substitute I’m like I’m sorry but can I get a refund you know because I’m a vendor I can’t wait for something to be made my time was up there already well they don’t do refunds apparently I even asked for a store credit like a gift card they didn’t want to offer that either and the number they gave me to call did not work so I’m out of lunch and money 😭 thanks.

Before, sandwiches were well served and arranged, the ladies who work now just throw the food on the bread and when I'm ready to eat it, everything falls out of the sandwich. I don't like that, and that didn't happen before.

i ordered 2 sandwiches on the app.. i showed up quickly and the young lady behind the counter was preparing them.. i didn’t get her name, but she was a young black girl with her hair died slightly red.. i never told her, but i was having a really bad day and she cheered me up.. she was very friendly and outgoing, definitely made my day better

Excellent customer service and very clean!! Will most definitely be back
No napkins or lids available for clients. Worker started things to the sandwich instead of asking me how I wanted it. I prefer the mayo/mustard on the bread so the sandwich is not messy. These ended up on the vegetables and oozing off the top in a mess. Worker played with her phone between orders and almost forgot to change her gloves. Benches dirty from previous guests.

1/1/2024 @2pm I asked the employee for a spoon and she replied I have to dine in. I then said oh I'm ordering three sandwiches. She then told me not to yell at her (which I never did) and then refused to make my family our order. Said she "wasn't going to do it." Then ignored us and refused to give her name. Her name tag had no name on it. Therefore, we left with nothing. This is our second bad experience with her. The last time we came she completely skipped us and got the person behind us. Ignoring that we were next in line. Very poor attitude and service! Not the best way to start off the new year!

Ordered a drink with my order and never received it when it was delivered, I ordered through the subway app. I have tried to contact both doordash and subway to no avail. I called the phone number listed on Google and nobody answers. I was charged for an item I never received.
