I am never coming to this subway again, they would NOT take my coupon for a footlong. This is the worst Subway ever, they don't take coupons on this location!!!!
I’ve been to this subway twice this month and both times door says close at 9. It’s 6pm and the doors are locked. Terrible!!

I ordered a meatball pepperoni sub online. When I got home it was the wrong order. I called that store 3 times. No one answers. Need to be more professional and answer your customers. Never going back there again!
food was great but the lady that attended me was so rudeee she looked like she wanted to fight me and all I asked for was the bread choice and was mean about PLEASE DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I put a online order to be completed at noon, and the order was started when I got there at the requested time. IT HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED… and I receive my order and they didn’t include all the toppings I asked for…it’s missing half the toppings… the only thing they did right was be lazy and inaccurate.

Charged me 11.29 + .93 tax for my meatball sub when menu above says $8.99 for footlong. SCAM and it was a terrible sub. Won’t be back.
I ordered a veggie sub and I like a majority lettuce. This lady put the smallest amount she could. I had to ask for more lettuce five times, FIVE TIMES!!! And still had not very much lettuce. I have to drive and only have a 30 min lunch or I would have walked out. I will never go back to this location. Sad thing is this is not the first time this happened to me here. Looking at other reviews it’s a problem there. If you want a good sub go to a different location. If you like all bread and and one pickle when you ask for extra this is your spot.

My fiancé’s truck broke down, and we got it to the parking lot of this Subway. While we were working on it, a very sweet employee offered us water and told us to come in if we needed some AC. I did not catch her name, but she provided kindness in a very stressful situation, which is rare these days. We will absolutely come back to this location.

Bad customer service, dirty kitchen, dirty tables, no ice water in the machine. The guy working Wednesday 8/13 was coughing and spitting in the back kitchen. This is a health hazard for me and gross.
I live close to this location. Wanted to use my coupon but couldn’t because they dont allow it. Which doesnt make sense because thats why i have it is to use it.

I went to this place to get a tuna sandwich, but it was a very bad experience. First, the employee used just one small scoop of tuna with the ice cream-like scooper, even though they normally put two. Then I asked for cheese, and he added a very small amount.
After that, I asked him to toast the bread, but he didn’t do it. He just placed the sandwich in and took it out without heating it, even though I clearly asked him to toast it. Then he started adding the rest of the toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce—but everything was in very small amounts. I asked him to add more sauce, and even then, he only added a little at a time.
Even though I was charged the regular price, I felt like I got way less than what’s normally included. It honestly felt like an austerity plan. The worker wasn’t helpful at all, and the whole experience was frustrating. I’m not coming back, and I don’t recommend this place. You don’t get what you pay for.
Come to eat here for lunch all the time. This my first time working with the gentlemen that’s there today and he had a bad attitude like he didn’t want to be there
Decided to give this place one more chance. Frank is what made me change my mind. The place was much cleaner and my breakfast was great.
