Subway has gone downhill so much. This location does not accept coupons when ordering online. The sandwiches are very cheap with the meats and veggies.

I just can’t anymore with Subway. I did an online order. Got it toasted and paid for extra meat. I cannot believe how skinny this sandwich is. There’s no way a sandwich this size should be worth almost $14 plus a “tip” to the online order. Which tipping at subway is a whole other thing that just upsets me because half the time you can give them a $2 or $3 + tip for one sandwich and they give you an evil eye or their attitude changes like it’s not good enough. I’m sorry that subway doesn’t want to pay their employees enough and put it on the consumer. I’m done subway. You don’t have to worry about getting any more of my business. We live close by and recently received some coupons so decided to try it out.
Wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes is your thing this would be your spot! They are definitely lacking freshness!!
Then pull out my coupon and told they do not accept at this franchise location, no one the place was empty and I had a flashback why I don't come to this location.
There is no sign on the door they do not accept coupons either.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but after this experience, there's no way i wouldn't. I ordered online, and after noticing our order was missing a few things, we went back to get it corrected. The items were added to the sandwich. But that wasn't my biggest issue. It's that our sandwiches were not toasted. The girl insisted she toasted it and wouldn't remake it. She claims the store did not have a "new" toaster like the other stores, so the sandwiches don't appear as done. The meat on both sandwiches were completely cold, as well as the outside of the sandwich and cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Believe me, it wasn't toast and not safe to eat, especially since I'm pregnant. Since the meat wasn't properly warmed, this contaminated the ingredients inside, so it's not like i could just heat it up myself. Subway was the only few sandwich places i would have just because of the toasted option, but after this experience, I won't ever have it again, even after I'm through my pregnancy.

Worst experience at a subway ever!!! My sandwiches were nasty and made poorly and person couldn’t follow simple instructions and couldn’t offer a solution to why I got served trash being I was the only customer at this store In last hour.. Don’t recommend for anyone to eat at this store.

This place was dirty. They didn’t have anything fresh, the employees are just out right disrespectful. They don’t offer any specials. Just a heads up if you want a refund you have to wait 24 hrs because the employees claim they cannot do it. During my visit there was no bread , no tomatoes and no ice. worst subway ever! Oh and they are over priced!!!!
I ordered a cold cut combo which was good. But the girl didn't tell me when I ordered a medium drink that the ice machine and soda fountain were out of order. On top of that, my total was so many dollars and like eleven cents. I handed her a twenty and as she began to count coins I said "oh! Here I have the eleven cents. " Gave her the eleven cents and she shorted me a dollar. I let it go and went to get my drink. Well, that's when I decided to leave a review.

I get to subway at 8:25 it’s a guy in there with the door lock and he is putting up the food when the sign say that it don’t close until 9pm. Is this normal?

Went in to get a Chicken-Bacon Racnch footlong on herbs & cheese, toasted with some veggies. The sandwhich was pretty good which is why they arent getting 1 star. It could of been warmed up longer but the employee had her headphones in, talking on the phone so she didnt hear me ask her to warm it up again. Then she just started upselling me on the usual drinks and chips, which is fine because that is what I wanted to get as well.At that point, she had asked what veggies I wanted so I didnt bother asking for it to be heated again, told her what I wanted and got that taken care of.Then I asked about the footlong pretzels they have now to get one, confirmed with her which one it was by pointing to it on the picture board. She brought it out to me on the prep trays that they make the food on, asking if that was what I was talking about. I confirmed again and then she took it to the back and heated it up in the microwave I assume. I heard some noise and then a beeping like it was done. She brought it back to me bagged up with the sandwich, and I paid for my food, and drinkI went to fill up with ice and there was none in the machine. I asked her and then she brought me a scoop of ice with the metal scoop that they use to get it out of the ice maker, that only filled a quarter of my cupI then filled it with Dr pepper and leftWhen I got home, the Dr pepper was completely flat. Which I didnt think it would be since it seemed to be carbonated when I was filling it up.The pretzel was ice cold, with no salt on it, and didnt have any dipping sauce to go with it, which was also misleading since the picture shows a sauce with it.The sandwich was good, just not as warm as I wanted it to be, but I still finished it.This is the worst experience I have had there and I wont be returning to this one anymore. I am surprised it has survived this long since it never has any people in there besides the one employee that is working
