My fiancé’s truck broke down, and we got it to the parking lot of this Subway. While we were working on it, a very sweet employee offered us water and told us to come in if we needed some AC. I did not catch her name, but she provided kindness in a very stressful situation, which is rare these days. We will absolutely come back to this location.

Bad customer service, dirty kitchen, dirty tables, no ice water in the machine. The guy working Wednesday 8/13 was coughing and spitting in the back kitchen. This is a health hazard for me and gross.
I live close to this location. Wanted to use my coupon but couldn’t because they dont allow it. Which doesnt make sense because thats why i have it is to use it.

I went to this place to get a tuna sandwich, but it was a very bad experience. First, the employee used just one small scoop of tuna with the ice cream-like scooper, even though they normally put two. Then I asked for cheese, and he added a very small amount.
After that, I asked him to toast the bread, but he didn’t do it. He just placed the sandwich in and took it out without heating it, even though I clearly asked him to toast it. Then he started adding the rest of the toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce—but everything was in very small amounts. I asked him to add more sauce, and even then, he only added a little at a time.
Even though I was charged the regular price, I felt like I got way less than what’s normally included. It honestly felt like an austerity plan. The worker wasn’t helpful at all, and the whole experience was frustrating. I’m not coming back, and I don’t recommend this place. You don’t get what you pay for.
Come to eat here for lunch all the time. This my first time working with the gentlemen that’s there today and he had a bad attitude like he didn’t want to be there
Decided to give this place one more chance. Frank is what made me change my mind. The place was much cleaner and my breakfast was great.

Trying this place out for the first time and I been here two days in a row! The service lady Kati was great and always welcoming. The store is clean and organized. The decorations are cute for Halloween. The food is delicious and fresh :) will be back again :) thanks

Subway has gone downhill so much. This location does not accept coupons when ordering online. The sandwiches are very cheap with the meats and veggies.

I just can’t anymore with Subway. I did an online order. Got it toasted and paid for extra meat. I cannot believe how skinny this sandwich is. There’s no way a sandwich this size should be worth almost $14 plus a “tip” to the online order. Which tipping at subway is a whole other thing that just upsets me because half the time you can give them a $2 or $3 + tip for one sandwich and they give you an evil eye or their attitude changes like it’s not good enough. I’m sorry that subway doesn’t want to pay their employees enough and put it on the consumer. I’m done subway. You don’t have to worry about getting any more of my business. We live close by and recently received some coupons so decided to try it out.
Wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes is your thing this would be your spot! They are definitely lacking freshness!!
Then pull out my coupon and told they do not accept at this franchise location, no one the place was empty and I had a flashback why I don't come to this location.
There is no sign on the door they do not accept coupons either.

It’s own by desis and when you want lettuce and tomatoes they say they don’t have lettuce and tomatoes. How do you make sub sandwiches without lettuce and tomatoes or other things

I hate leaving bad reviews, but after this experience, there's no way i wouldn't. I ordered online, and after noticing our order was missing a few things, we went back to get it corrected. The items were added to the sandwich. But that wasn't my biggest issue. It's that our sandwiches were not toasted. The girl insisted she toasted it and wouldn't remake it. She claims the store did not have a "new" toaster like the other stores, so the sandwiches don't appear as done. The meat on both sandwiches were completely cold, as well as the outside of the sandwich and cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Believe me, it wasn't toast and not safe to eat, especially since I'm pregnant. Since the meat wasn't properly warmed, this contaminated the ingredients inside, so it's not like i could just heat it up myself. Subway was the only few sandwich places i would have just because of the toasted option, but after this experience, I won't ever have it again, even after I'm through my pregnancy.

Worst experience at a subway ever!!! My sandwiches were nasty and made poorly and person couldn’t follow simple instructions and couldn’t offer a solution to why I got served trash being I was the only customer at this store In last hour.. Don’t recommend for anyone to eat at this store.
