My order was fine, but the mobile order behind me received horrible service. The app let her order a pizza, but this location couldn't make her a pizza, or refund her money for the pizza, or cancel the entire order, or call the manager, or provide a number for corporate. They could offer to substitute something other than pizza, but that isn't always a fair trade when one of the family asked for pizza, and they did suggest maybe she call the police. So, if that is what service at this location has become, maybe I need to find a better location for my subway fix.

People here are extremely rude, i called to inquire about my online order and the person on the phone said they dont see an order by my name but indeed stated the 2 sandwiches i had. I advised that was the sandwiches i wss calling regarding. I wanted my entire sandwich toasted including my veggies and the person proceeded to say i dont know why you're calling me i have stuff to do at the front and hung up!!!

Today is Monday July 15th,2024 around 1:30 p.m. I
met the owner of this location about a year and a half ago. Her location is always clean and employees have stellar customer service. That's why I continue to come here. Today was different. There were 3 employees in the back and a young man was having his break when I came in. He immediately jumped up went to wash his hands gloved himself , welcomed me and proceeded to assist me with my order. I ordered the new rolls curious about those at such a good price. We discussed how he had to make it and shared a laugh. While making it another employee blue hair face piercings comes out puts on gloves and starts telling him how to make it faster. He's obviously new so he's going to be a lil slower but he was moving just fine. But she did not clean her hands first. Something in me just couldn't eat that after she touched it without washing. So I said ma'am I'm so sorry but I didn't see you wash your hands before you started fixing my sandwich. She says oh I washed them in the back before I came out. I stated but I didn't see you. She rolled her eyes and walked away. The young man paused asked me if I wanted him to start over. During this time someone else an older lady long partial gray hair peeks out to look at me then another customer comes into the store. The young lady with blue hair comes out again without washing her hands. Gloves them fixes his order checks him out before me then walks away. Once the young man is done with my order cookies, drink chips etc. He asks if they rung me up. I stated they usually do but didn't today. Cause you know he's new. So he finished the order with grade A customer service including checking me out. Poor thing was shaking. I told him it's ok to take his time it's totally ok. The young lady with blue hair behavior and cleanliness was outrageous being that I didn't ask her to do anything that the health dept doesn't require of food workers by law. I know people need chances. I'm a Christian and I try not to complain especially on those who are humble. But this needed to be known. This is quoted from the federal health and food worker laws.

"Even proper glove usage does not eliminate the need for proper hand hygiene. Specifically, food workers should wash their hands before putting on gloves and after they take them off. If you put a germy hand in a glove, all you'll do is spread the germs around." I only mentioned appearances so the owner would know. I'm not biased nor judgemental of others appearances.

We come in a lot on Sundays and the customer service is so bad my family won't be back. The girl with pink hair is so rude and clearly hates her job. We are a bother to her from the time we walk in the door. When I ask for something she always rolls her eyes. Please don't go on Sunday mornings to the subway on 287 and sublet.

You know when you spend $40 on 3 sandwiches you gotta give the business at least a star for getting 1 of the sandwiches right. The cat next door liked mine so I'd give another half star if there was a half star to give. Anyway people work too hard to waste they're money. Subways always been a go to when your out working and don't have time to make a meal.
