During my last visit to the store, a young Mexican man made my sandwich and processed my payment, but he added a tip for himself without asking me first. When I returned today, I spoke with a woman named Josyen, who works there every morning. I mentioned what had happened, but she claimed that the young man had not done that. I tried to explain that he had, but she became upset and yelled at me, stating that she was the manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, she replied that she didn't know their name. I then requested the owner's name, but she still refused to provide any names. The times I've been there, she's on her phone and doesn't wear a name tag.
Furthermore, my sandwich fell apart, and the bread was very mushy. Bottom line, the young man shouldn't be tipping himself. I will get a hold of the chain.

The two hispanic ladies working the day shift have the nastiest attitude. I was asking about the coupons and what qualifies and instead of informing they proceeded to rudely say that I could just read the coupon. Two days ago I went to pick up an online order and one of the ladies stated it wasn't there when I could clearly see the bag with my name on it. They are just miserable being there. Will not return to this location.
Super nice workers I will go back just because of the quality of the food and the customer service eat subway I’ve been to!!!
The lady who serves customers, on weekday afternoons, is always angry and gives horrible service when asked about something on the menu, etc.

Went to this location several times. Last time I went the sandwich tasted like cleaning products. Will not return.
The chicken was grayed, the vegetables were wilted, and the taste was awful. I am honestly very upset. Neither I nor my wife ate more than a bite or two of our sandwich before throwing the rest away because our stomachs were hurting. This was not worth the time to come inside and I’m upset that we spent money on it at all! I wish I could give zero stars. This happened less than 30 minutes ago. I should have known from the metal covering the glass in front of the meats.
