I was not happy with my sandwich. I think the tuna was not fresh

Subway you can’t fool me. They now have their meat display case covered so you cannot see the amount of meat they are putting on your sandwich. We were trying to figure out why did they change this where the customer use to be able to see now they can’t. I figured it out! After I got home and opened my sandwich it weighed like 4 ounces with everything on it. What a joke subway you lost my business forever now. I stopped coming here years ago and I will choose to not go back. I am now going to start reviewing places I eat at correctly and how it is. No more being nice just because. And stop using dirty knives to cut sandwiches in half! I don’t want tuna, mayo, whatever someone else had on their sandwich on my sandwich when it’s cut. Subway you are disgueting and the big Mexican lady who works here is rude and nasty! They will never answer the phone and don’t care! Subway YOUR BUSINESS SUCKS!

It was surprisingly great. Despite living in the neighborhood right behind it my entire life and seeing this subway there, I’ve never been here. I only decided to go because I was given a gift card and saw that they have BOGO, but that probably won’t be my last time now. I ordered through the app and got there not too long after. It wasn’t busy and there was this older lady making my order. Even if it wasn’t the quickest, the food was done right. It was built neatly and the amount of toppings they put in was perfect to what I wanted. The place was pretty nice inside and they made sure to ask you if you wanted anything else just in case you might forget and then remember later when it’s too late.
Great location, amazing service, good food! (Based on other reviews, it’s better during lunch time. Not sure what happens with the later shifts.)
(Recommend the hotshot Italiano with extra banana peppers, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, jalepenos, cucumbers, and onions. Then add with chipotle and siracha sauce.)

Jamie was so pleasant, patient and she took her time and made my sandwich with love, she didn’t rush me and allowed me to step to the side to figure out what I wanted and her customer service is awesome, if she’s on the clock I’m sure to return, even asked her for her schedule, she made my have it your way experience the best ever ??

Ordered four sandwiches on the app. All four sandwiches were made incorrectly. It was 9:40pm when I realized they were wrong but I was still in the parking lot and the store closed at 10. I got out the truck to see if the sandwiches could be remade but all the lights were off and it appeared the worker closed down. I also called the store and let it ring from my house until I walked in and it was ringing loud enough for me to hear it when I arrived at the store. No one ever answered.

Went to this location at 10am not so impressed that they have no tuna then i ask for phily the lady ( with poor customer service) said we dont have that either!the food was covered that u can’t look if the meat is still fresh or how come they cover it! Who ever franchises check on ur employees!
