me and my friend usually always come to this location after school but the only reason why we don’t really like going is because of how weird that older lady is that works there she seems to be hispanic with red hair and her hair is usually in pigtails. normally we’ll brush off the weird comments and jokes she’ll be saying but this time she absolutely played with my sandwich. i ALWAYS ask for my sandwich to be extra toasted and today she was like oh you’re always the difficult one i’ll make sure it’s extra toasted to the point where you can’t really eat it… i laughed because she was supposedly joking right. but no when i got home i seriously couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich because of how hard the bottom was. like i said earlier i ALWAYS get mine extra toasted and there is no issue but this time she really played and that irritated me. i tried calling multiple times but no one answered.

I go to this location often due to it being near my home. There is a woman that works in there and anytime she’s working my food ends up incorrect. she appears to be the only one ever working there. Older biracial or Hispanic woman. She puts wrong ingredients on the sandwich, which could be detrimental to someone’s health. If they’re allergic she also leaves off certain items. When I order in person. She talks a lot and tries to joke, which is fine but when she talks, she spits when she talks. I keep telling myself that I’m not going to go back to this location, but sometimes when I’m in a hurry I try to give it another chance. The bread is always dry and hard and almost not edible.. This particular Worker needs to just make the sandwiches less talking and focus on what she’s doing so she can get the order right.

Don’t go here smh. The dude who made my sandwich pretty much sucked. I asked him why my spicy Italian looked pretty much empty. There’s only 2 pepperoni and 1 salami. I should’ve walked out!! LOUSY!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never come here and just had an “awesome” experience. Management must literally dig in the garbage to find their employes. Staff is incompetent to say the least. I don’t expect 5 star dining , but at minimum common sense ! After 3 minutes of standing there sandwich maker finally acknowledged me and continued to go on doing what she was doing . I wont be back for sure.

Went to pick up my Sandwich, the elderly white lady gave me attitude when I simply asked her a question about my order, then the other young Hispanic lady acted like she had attitude. Plus the sandwich was terrible.

Subway you can’t fool me. They now have their meat display case covered so you cannot see the amount of meat they are putting on your sandwich. We were trying to figure out why did they change this where the customer use to be able to see now they can’t. I figured it out! After I got home and opened my sandwich it weighed like 4 ounces with everything on it. What a joke subway you lost my business forever now. I stopped coming here years ago and I will choose to not go back. I am now going to start reviewing places I eat at correctly and how it is. No more being nice just because. And stop using dirty knives to cut sandwiches in half! I don’t want tuna, mayo, whatever someone else had on their sandwich on my sandwich when it’s cut. Subway you are disgueting and the big Mexican lady who works here is rude and nasty! They will never answer the phone and don’t care! Subway YOUR BUSINESS SUCKS!

It was surprisingly great. Despite living in the neighborhood right behind it my entire life and seeing this subway there, I’ve never been here. I only decided to go because I was given a gift card and saw that they have BOGO, but that probably won’t be my last time now. I ordered through the app and got there not too long after. It wasn’t busy and there was this older lady making my order. Even if it wasn’t the quickest, the food was done right. It was built neatly and the amount of toppings they put in was perfect to what I wanted. The place was pretty nice inside and they made sure to ask you if you wanted anything else just in case you might forget and then remember later when it’s too late. Great location, amazing service, good food! (Based on other reviews, it’s better during lunch time. Not sure what happens with the later shifts.) (Recommend the hotshot Italiano with extra banana peppers, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, jalepenos, cucumbers, and onions. Then add with chipotle and siracha sauce.)

Jamie was so pleasant, patient and she took her time and made my sandwich with love, she didn’t rush me and allowed me to step to the side to figure out what I wanted and her customer service is awesome, if she’s on the clock I’m sure to return, even asked her for her schedule, she made my have it your way experience the best ever ??
