Ordered online, sandwich was supposed to be toasted, not sure if bacon was actually cooked, missing most of add ons, tried calling several times, no answer. I'll try another location next time. Wasted 20bucks

So I pull up to this location and the door say closed at 11 PM and it was around 9:30ish to almost 10pm and the door was locked. There was a gentleman in there, but he refused to work.. do not come to this place. Horrible service. He just look at you like you crazy.

There is always a long wait here. They always have just 1 person working every time I have been here. I don’t recommend going here unless you plan on waiting for a while.

David has always been incredibly kind and provides excellent customer service! I would give him a 5-star rating, but I am disappointed to see that every time we visit, he is by himself with no assistance during busy hours. It's unfortunate to see such a dedicated employee without the necessary support to handle the rush.
David was very attentive as soon I walked into the store all the way through the process of making the sandwiches. Restaurant was clean. Thanks David for the welcoming environment.
