We were in at around 630 and the gentleman on duty (Chris) did an outstanding job. My 3 year old daughter said she loved her olives. Great job young man.
The food is great when they actually care to make it correct. Mostly, the employees here are super rude. One made a rude comment about me speaking to low and needing to speak up. I do have a queit voice. But it was the way she said it. Other customers snickered. Embarrassing.
Showed up to subway an hour and a half before they closed. The guy working there was loudly complaining to the customer in front of me about enjoying looking closed and not having customers and how he hated when people came in. He then proceeded to tell me they were out of half of the items on the menu. I took my family of 5 and went to a different subway.
I placed my order on 3/27 at 9pm via the subway app. As I proceed to the restaurant a middle aged women stated the were closed and refused issue me my refund she was very condescending did don’t want to help the app allowed me to place the mobile order. She did nothing when I called the store she proceeded to disconnect the phone line acid this location at all cost!!!!
Closed before 9pm despite saying 10pm online. Don't waste your gas going here.
I have never been to this location directly, but I've used UberEats several times. Only once have they gotten my order right. Careless mistakes, low quality food items, and more often than not they forget my drink or side item. Once they actually put on the sandwich only the items I had unchecked! I have tried calling, no one answers. If it wasn't the only one close enough to deliver where I work, I'd abandon them all together. They are the worst!!!
This is the worst subway ever! Stood in line for 15 min while mobile orders were taken care of before in person customers only then to find out they were out of a lot of things. Manager is rude to employees and wont even acknowledge people coming in. Always shorthanded as well probably due to poor management!
Door dash delivery didn't have my drink & blamed it on the restaurant! Tried to call the store 10 times and after about 4-5 rings it goes to full mailbox!!

I left because the lady with dark hair & glasses wasn't washing her hands or changing her gloves. She was ringing people up, bagging orders & dipping her hand in food to make sandwiches with the same plastic gloves.
Kinda stupid staff. They didn't have stuff and wouldn't cancel my order. Came back the next day and told me to come back again later as the manager wasn't present. Made a fuss

I’m tired of this subway, they always have attitude and I ordered a nobready bowl, hot double chicken. And they literally didn’t put any chicken in here like they suck never going back here waste of my money.

Went in today, 7-13-24 at 3:00 pm and the woman working was just not the most friendly. I get that everyone has a bad day but this was beyond reproach. She was in such a hurry, the bread wasn’t truly toasted on my sandwich, but that’s not the best part. As I sat and ate, she’s on the phone screaming at someone, throwing every curse word in the book with several F bombs peppered in. This is highly unpleasant and unprofessional. I noticed cameras inside the store. If sound is available, I’d highly recommend to management to pull it up and give it a listen.
