Went in today, 7-13-24 at 3:00 pm and the woman working was just not the most friendly. I get that everyone has a bad day but this was beyond reproach. She was in such a hurry, the bread wasn’t truly toasted on my sandwich, but that’s not the best part. As I sat and ate, she’s on the phone screaming at someone, throwing every curse word in the book with several F bombs peppered in. This is highly unpleasant and unprofessional. I noticed cameras inside the store. If sound is available, I’d highly recommend to management to pull it up and give it a listen.

If I could leave 0 stars I would , I work down at Pizza Hut in the same shopping center came to subway after a busy day @ 9:47pm doors locked THEY CLOSE AT 10pm and there’s this guy guarding the door just looking at me I stood there for 5 mins to see if the 3 other people in the store would tell him to let me in but they didn’t so I took pic and left … WEIRD

I placed a mobile order and then had an emergency and got here an hour after I was supposed to be and they were closing but thankfully still had my order ready and let me run inside and grab it. Thank you so much!! Plus the sandwiches were amazing still! Thank you!!!!!

Ordered online today, picked up my order which was 2 footlongs. They were packaged separately lying on top of each other. I get home and the lady who works cashier calls and accuses me of taking someone else’s order. “You had no right taking someone else’s order, karma will do its job” is what she tells and then hangs up before I could reply. RIDICULOUS. Mind you… my order was correct and I only grabbed MY ORDER. Will never be back to this location! Wrongly accusing customers and threatening them is not right
