Athy I believe was her name took great care of me. There’s was 2 other girls there being extremely rude to her. She looked fairly new and was barely learning, she did great besides the other girl being rude and picking on her.

Wonderful Customer service is rare nowadays, thankfully Akhil reminded me beautifully of the service I missed. He took his time and was very patient, we even tried something that was not on the menu. He went out of his way for me today and was a gentleman through and through. I am definitely coming back the this specific Subway!

I did online order Sunday 1/28/24. Is the store refused to give me my online order. He told my wife he does not do online orders , but he had the receipt in his hand. So why did you store pull up online for leads to order from? He refused to give me my money back. Told me I need to cancel the order. I got no phone call back no email nothing from subway corporate. I sent them three emails and you cannot get a hold of nobody when you call. The store was very rude to my wife also. Please do not give subway at this location any of your money. They're very rude , and don't care about the customers that put a roof over their head.

Worst customer service. Kid inside had door locked but OPEN sign on saying they were closed at 4:40 PM when their sign clearly said 9pm and when tried to call would answer without saying hello and hang up. Don’t spend your money here.
Ordered online got charged and then the app says no order placed tried contacting the store and no response showed up to the store and claimed that there is nothing they can do about it. So now I tried calling their customer service line is horrible they actually told me they do not know how to handle the situation due to the fact their supervisor is not available. Craziest experience.

I don't like attitudes. The only subway that I encountered that refused to give me extra jalapenos EVEN THOUGH I SAID I'LL PAY FOR IT!!!! I'm doing this review because of her response "you supposed to have six olives and six jalapenos per footlong" never in my life at any subway I've heard that ever, if you have that policy please at least offer an option to pay extra.

ordered a 12 in (foot long) roast beef, they gave me 1/2 the meat, should be 4 "rolls" or "stacks" which is 2 pieces folded together, she gave me 2 and unfolded and spread them out so i got ONE layer of meat when i questioned it she told me it was ON THEIR SHEET - yes but you didnt INTERPREPT IT CORRECTLY., called and verified with 4 different subways before posting this. when i tried to call the phone wont even ring!! just hangs up on me!! go to another one. might as well tell you this, my nail place is next door, and NOT ONE of those girls will eat there. they drive to another one. maybe they know something we dont??
