What’s the point of express pickup if they hold your food behind the counter and you still have to wait while they serve other customers first.

you walk in, you leave three presidential administrations later with a sandwich that looks like it was assembled during a hostage negotiation. Every ingredient is a guessing game:

asked for turkey. got olives.
asked for no mayo. they baptized it in mayo like it was joining a condiment cult.
the toaster? decorative. emotional support heating element. no actual function.

watching them make your sandwich is like watching someone defuse a bomb with instructions in Wingdings.

I have been to this location several times in the last 2 months since it’s close to where i live and every single time, the location is CLOSED hours before the closing time. They have the lights on and employees inside the building but will not tend to walk-in customers, only DoorDash. I’m all for closing early in light of certain situations but the least that can be done is a notice on the window notifying incoming guests that they will be closed for whatever reason.

I come to this because it's close to my job. I got there and waited a good while to even be greeted. It was only one other customer in there. Once I got service, I was told there is no lettuce only spinach. Then, no flatbread. I ordered a small sandwich and to my surprise it was about 2 very thing pieces of turkey on it. The cookie was stale and tasted days old. I asked before I purchased were the cookies fresh. The lady said they were cooked this morning. After payment was taken she said the cookies were probably cooked last night. The cookies were very hard and tasted stale. Very poor quality of food.

Super dry sandwich even with 3 dressings. Tried calling them back to complain,no response. Even requested extra dressing on the side and did not get it. This was online order. Very frustrating.

Went to this location 10/22 at 12p lunchtime for a meatball sub. Was told that the meatballs were not ready. How and you been open 3 hrs already?

Athy I believe was her name took great care of me. There’s was 2 other girls there being extremely rude to her. She looked fairly new and was barely learning, she did great besides the other girl being rude and picking on her.

Tuna sandwich goodness!! Bread: Italian. Herb and ?!! ? cucumber ? , yellow mustard, vinegar and oil… ? yummy with Jalapeño Chips.. Fountain machine working! Vitamin water/Acai.. refreshing!!!!

Wonderful Customer service is rare nowadays, thankfully Akhil reminded me beautifully of the service I missed. He took his time and was very patient, we even tried something that was not on the menu. He went out of his way for me today and was a gentleman through and through. I am definitely coming back the this specific Subway!

I did online order Sunday 1/28/24. Is the store refused to give me my online order. He told my wife he does not do online orders , but he had the receipt in his hand. So why did you store pull up online for leads to order from? He refused to give me my money back. Told me I need to cancel the order. I got no phone call back no email nothing from subway corporate. I sent them three emails and you cannot get a hold of nobody when you call. The store was very rude to my wife also. Please do not give subway at this location any of your money. They're very rude , and don't care about the customers that put a roof over their head.
