After work i stopped by and got some grub at subway, lashonda was very polite and had great customer service, she said it was only her 4th day on the job but was doing absolutely amazing. she’s the reason i’ll be back.

I stopped by Subway recently and was helped by Valerie, and I just have to say she made my whole experience so much better! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she actually cares about the customers! She greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving fast without rushing anyone.
The food itself was fresh and neatly made, but Valerie’s customer service really stood out. It’s rare to see someone so upbeat and professional, especially during busy hours. She made me feel welcome and taken care of, which is honestly what keeps people coming back.
If management sees this, Valerie definitely deserves some recognition. I’ll be returning to this location because of the great service she provided!
