The past three times that I have went into this restaurant they haven’t had the meat cooked or don’t have the specific bread. I don’t understand how hard it is to have the meat ready for customers who are going to come in.

The last 2 weeks I have attempted to eat at this location, unfortunately both times did not work in my favor. The first time they had 2 workers, with both of them working on online orders or call in orders so basically they were ignoring the customers in line. Today I go in and there is one worker with 4 receipts on the counter with four sandwiches and 5 people in line waiting to be served. I walked out both times, I’m not that hungry to wait,on top of the worker not speaking to
Customers when they walk in or letting them know hold on I’ll be with you in a moment. Either hire more employees, train your current employees or stop taking online or call in orders and work on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Beware of what you’re being charged for. I went in for a footlong meatball which is $9.89 plus tax but the employees insisted I was paying for the boss footlong which has pepperoni and no vegetables. I refuse to pay for extra meat topping that I didn’t order and wasn’t in the sandwich.

Blanca, Alicia, and Melissa are the best at what they do! The greatest customer service!! One started talking and the others jumped in to help!! Awesome job and the way you three work together with that big energy says a lot!! Put them on the schedule 7 days a week ? I wouldn’t mind ?? thanks again

The new manager Anthony is fantastic. I have not stepped foot inside this subway in over 3 years because of previous management and poor experiences. Anthony has completely changed that for me. I will be frequenting this particular store from now on just because of Anthony.
