How come i got sent coupons and I asked the lady she said we don’t accept coupons I asked why she said it’s franchise why would the community get sent ads to purchase food with discounts and say we don’t accept it make it make sense do not recommend

Thank you to sparks for letting me know the new rules. That I absolutely will not abide by… subway sandwiches have been made the same for the last 30 years. I want my cheese melted over the top of my protien not he bottom! But he was very friendly and informative!

Did not eat here after they said they didn't accept Subway coupons.
Walked into this place, the lady with the glasses said, “all of the bread is stale”. Why does this happen? Is the bread not fresh? Are the little ovens not on? Do better. Might as well would've closed for the day.

Just picked up door dash order and woman working handled customer money and used same gloves to prepare customer sandwich. Any wonder people get ill esting out. I told her I was glad I hadnt orderwd it. Just nasty
Cams in with my boyfriend last night we left another location and came here Sparks was cleaning his station and ordered amazing service. He was knowledgeable, polite and amazing service. Thank you sparks 🔥

Visited this Subway by chance. The service was great. We immediately got our sandwiches made. The lady checked on us after we got served and decided to eat in. Most of the tables had crumbs on them and needed to be cleaned off. It would help if someone sweep up.

Me and my wife came here about 2 weeks ago, and everything was great, even the young lady behind the counter gave us outstanding service. So we made this our "go-to" Subway, cause other locations have been slacking lately. This week we decided to Order online, I came to pick up 5 minutes after it said my order would be ready, still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. The subs were fine but I bout 8 cookies and a churro and they all were literally hard as a rock, like they were from the previous day. Called to complain the employee SANDEEP acted like he couldnt care less!! So my wife actually went back up there to take the cookies and churro back, SANDEEP threw the cookies away, and told her she had to talk to the manager named MICHELLE HERNANDEZ in the morning to get a REFUND! So she has been calling there for 3 days with NO ANSWER at all, when she finally talked to someone, it turns out Michelle Hernandez no longer even works there! But the lady said she would get the manager to call us back....We havent heard from them YET!

Very slow service . I walk in expecting the employees to be ready to make my sandwich, but it seems like all of them are still training and none of them really know what they’re doing my food wasn’t even made correctly. some of the soda machines were not working and there was no ice and there’s barely any options for bottled drinks .

Fruit flies was dead all in the vegetables all around the food I thought it was pepper for a second until I got close and told the man he should be ashamed working there serving by himself nobody was there and he didn’t care to clean the veggies etc and allow them to be dead all around the stuff and walked out everything needed to be tossed and cleaned start over tomorrow with manager to see what’s going on
