Me and my wife came here about 2 weeks ago, and everything was great, even the young lady behind the counter gave us outstanding service. So we made this our "go-to" Subway, cause other locations have been slacking lately. This week we decided to Order online, I came to pick up 5 minutes after it said my order would be ready, still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. The subs were fine but I bout 8 cookies and a churro and they all were literally hard as a rock, like they were from the previous day. Called to complain the employee SANDEEP acted like he couldnt care less!! So my wife actually went back up there to take the cookies and churro back, SANDEEP threw the cookies away, and told her she had to talk to the manager named MICHELLE HERNANDEZ in the morning to get a REFUND! So she has been calling there for 3 days with NO ANSWER at all, when she finally talked to someone, it turns out Michelle Hernandez no longer even works there! But the lady said she would get the manager to call us back....We havent heard from them YET!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I thought Subway was all about FRESH!!
I WAS MISTAKEN and it only cost me $50+

Very slow service . I walk in expecting the employees to be ready to make my sandwich, but it seems like all of them are still training and none of them really know what they’re doing my food wasn’t even made correctly. some of the soda machines were not working and there was no ice and there’s barely any options for bottled drinks .

Glamour NY Cuts

Fruit flies was dead all in the vegetables all around the food I thought it was pepper for a second until I got close and told the man he should be ashamed working there serving by himself nobody was there and he didn’t care to clean the veggies etc and allow them to be dead all around the stuff and walked out everything needed to be tossed and cleaned start over tomorrow with manager to see what’s going on

Went in for a salad, no lettuce. Changed to a sub with mozzarella, no mozzarella. wanted water, no water cups. Had to use the restroom, no TOILET PAPER!! BUT the guy was great, he tried.

Out of everything!!! No mozzarella cheese or lettuce. Stingy with toppings which are paper thin. No cups for water. No toilet paper. Cookies are hard as a rock and the tables are dirty. Good customer service. Guy was very nice

The actual manager of the store would not let us use coupons sent by Subway that do not expire till February. She was rude, rolled her eyes, and was incredibly disrespectful. Now I’ve had wonderful dealings with the actual workers at this place, but this manager will be the reason I won’t take another step into this establishment. I’ve worked customer service all my life and this woman isn’t qualified to work with the public and should find a new career.

Guy working there looks like he hates his job . Horrible customer service no you're welcome or anything when people tell him thank you, and talks very rudely. Will never go back.

Sign open not even on . I had a coupon for a meal and the worker stated the location doesn’t take no coupons and to go to google to google a location where they do. Subway is a chain restaurant ?

They never have what u want bought two 12inch sandwich and it cost me over 20 dollars when did sandwiches go up in price. Other locations are not that high. Go elsewhere

This review is almost identical to one posted for the W Randall Mill/Fielder ST location. I tried two locations and decided that's enough.I had called four or five times and no one would answer so, I stopped in to see if they were a location that did the advertised Subway promotions. THEY ARE NOT, they don't do the bogo offers or anything. The employee was nice and welcoming but, when they don't participate in advertised promotions then I'm not interested.Honestly, how can you carry a Brand Name Store, sell their product and not participate in advertised promotions? At least answer the phone or post "no promotional coupons accepted" here in the Google ad for your location.
