Ordered a Veggie delight footlong. So cheese and veggies only. I totally thought the employee didn't add lettuce and other veggies bc of how little was already on the sandwich. I felt like lettuce and green peppers and olives quantities was very low. Not coming again

I came in today for lunch and had the best customer service from a man named Frank. He was so kind and made picking up my lunch a lovely experience. Will definitely be coming back because of him!

Absolutely RUDE employee. Black guy, durag & hat on his head. I walked in here & there was 4 people infront of me. It took maybe 8mins to serve 1 person: which is fine but when the next 2 people were up, he was rude & they left without ordering. It was my 1st time in here, new to the area. I’m pregnant & I asked him to heat my meat up for double the time, because that will ensure I don’t get any food poisoning from the deli meat that you have to be extremely cautious with while pregnant. He looked at me & said you sure? Yes I’m sure. Proceeds to the additions, I asked for extra veggies of whatever I was craving & extra ranch, he said “I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA” it’s policy. I have eaten in a lotttt of subways across many states. THIS IS THE FIRST STATE, where a subway has said “NO I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA.”
Give me my extra & charge me a dollar more if need be, but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA. No customer service etiquette, the spinach was withered, the surface top was dirty. WHOEVER THE OWNER IS NEEDS TO EITHER HIRE NEW ATTITUDE & SERVE IT TO HIS/HER EMPLOYEES & TELL THEM TO GIVE CUSTOMERS EXTRA AT NO CHARGE. I PROMISE SIR/MADAM YOU WILL NOT GO BROKE BECAUSE YOU GAVE A CUSTOMER EXTRA OF WHATEVER THEY ASKED FOR AT NO CHARGE. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN.

RUDE lady at counter. She asked me 3x if I wanted it warm. I said no thank you, and continued to warm it. They don't take coupons. Ingredients behind a shield, and you can't see what they are putting on it. Going to Subway across from SF from now on.

Great service very friendly employees, might need to be specific on how you want your sandwich, I feel like they just need to work on their meat expectations. I always ask to warm the food up before placing on the sandwich. But everything is great!

Vegetarian options: They have different wraps and salad bowls you can always choose to not take meat with your meals.

Dietary restrictions: Their might be some decent choices on what you can chose from, like bowls and wraps etc.

Parking: Easy to notice and park. Right in the front entry doors

Kid-friendliness: They have different options like a kid sized sandwich, or pizzas as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure the wheelchair accessibility is there, I can't remember noticing a ramp type of sidewalk but I believe there is one

It was early shortly after opening and the sandwich artist was very rude. Tried to look at the menu but she said to just "Holler when I'm ready" and proceeded to do other things. I just asked for a churro and left.

AVOID THIS SUBWAY! There is another a few miles away, it is worth the trip. Should have seen the 1st red flag when they've moved all ingredients to behind a cover where you cannot see them. The food is old and likely expired. The chicken on my sandwich was WET, like wet wet! It's all just gross. I took one bite, and tossed it!

Stopped here for lunch recently. The food was what you would expect from a Subway. The staff wasn't very friendly and there seemed to be a homeless person sleeping in the lobby. Not a very inviting experience.
