Chicken always dry and overcooked, staff not very friendly. The one in cedar hill is soo much bigger and better!

We ordered a large pick up order yesterday and they had it ready extremely quickly even with the adjustements we made to some of the order. Not only was it quick but the food was absolutely amazing!!
The crispy beef, chicken fried rice, spicy edamame, fried gyoza, orange chicken and terryaki chicken was sooooo good! Would 100% recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sunny Thai Restaurant in Arlington, TX, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of.

We tried the pepper steak with fried rice, the orange chicken, and the curry chicken, and every dish was packed with flavor. The pepper steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, pairing beautifully with the fried rice. The orange chicken was crispy on the outside yet juicy inside, with just the right balance of tangy and sweet in the sauce. The curry chicken was rich, aromatic, and comforting — definitely a must-try for anyone who loves authentic Thai spices.

The portions were generous, the presentation was appetizing, and everything tasted freshly prepared. It’s clear that Sunny Thai takes pride in both their food and service. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out or a flavorful meal to satisfy your Thai cravings, this spot is a hidden gem in Arlington.

I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu — highly recommended! 🌟 add it to your list now, thank me later.

Food is more like a 3.5: wish I got more shrimp with the shrimp fried rice but I liked the flavor and it had a clean, not greasy, taste which was nice. It was really cool seeing the sheer amount of vegetarian and vegan options available - definitely not something you see at most restaurants and I bet a lot of people really appreciate that. Service and atmosphere were both fine, nothing special.

First we walked in and weren’t even acknowledged. We sat ourselves at a table and waited to be greeted for a while. Finally the lady comes to take our order and I specifically ordered the N9 with veggies and add shrimp. Instead they proceeded to charge me for N9 with shrimp and add veggies because it’s more expensive. SMH I acknowledged it and paid because the food was pretty good. Up until I started to feel sick..
