Taco Bell in Arlington

“This is a well run franchise. It’s clean, food quality is high, employees seem to enjoy working here. I noticed it’s very similar to another store in Grand Prairie in cleanliness and quality. They must be related because both of these stores stand out. Lastly, it’s so nice and feels good to patronize a business who shows patriotism and displays the US flag… so encouraging!“

“As usual the food was good The lettuce was fresh, chicken gordita supreme You can't go wrong, or any kind of chicken soft taco beef to it's all good, I don't think there's anything that they have on the menu that I don't like.“

“Shout out to Rashad who greets and helps me every week at least 10 times in a row-when I pick up my online order, he makes me feel super comfortable & welcome, as well as remembers my name. Every-time I go in Rashad helps me right away and is very kind, as well as I see him working very hard always. Another shout out Oricio/Ori, they greeted me as soon as I came in! It made me feel so welcome, especially when ppl can be so rude they were soo kind with a smile. Clearly setting the tone spreading kindness because coworker Alexia handed me my online order with such a great smile, wow! Couldn’t have had a better experience.. It really made my day. I love this location the employees are really nice and always super clean, they are on it!! I hope that Taco Bell can reward them cause I heard the company does not treat their workers or pay them the way they should. Yall should value these one! I appreciate my online order being there n ready right away cause a girl was hangry! Sending love. 💕

“I go here often for lunch and the staff are always friendly. Today they admitted to forgetting something in my meal before I could even find out and offered me a whole other burrito and gave me some cinnamon twists as well. Food is always made well and to order.“

“This is the taco bell I frequent because it’s right by my house. I went with my boyfriend and they asked us to pull up front and they’d bring our order out to us, when they brought it out we were missing a burrito, and as I was about to step out and go inside the manager who was going home noticed and asked me what was missing and went inside to get me my food, brought it out and apologized. Very good customer service!“

“shout out to Jesus and his team for amazing customer service! i went by and i ordered a soft taco party pack but when i got it it was crunchy so i mentioned it and he had his team remake it correctly and even let me keep the crunchy party pack since apperantly they weren’t allowed to take it back! i can feed my kids what they deserve tonight thanks to them!“

“I come to this location often but the last couple of times I’ve went the customer service was very poor. If I could rate it a zero I would.
Last night at around 7:45, I ordered a burrito combo and asked for no red strips but forgot to ask for a soft taco instead at the speaker. I got to the window and asked if they could change the hard taco to a soft and even apologized and the response I got was “it’s already made.” I hadn’t even paid for my food yet and I felt it was a simple change but I just went ahead and bought the soft taco to be more “convenient” to them. They even had the nerve to ask me to pull around so I wouldn’t mess up their time and I did because I understood. I used to work there myself.
Once I left and got home I noticed the red strips I asked to be left off was on my burrito. That really ticked me off because not only did yall make me pay for another taco that could’ve easily replaced, yall didn’t even make my food correctly. I tried calling 4 times and no one picked up so I went up there and when I asked for my food to be remade including the soft taco because it had been 30min since my food was made and now it’s cold and the middle aged black guy responds with “oh it’s cold now?” Like yes it is. And I should’ve checked my food before I left because he just half assed my burrito and I didn’t even have the energy to take it back again. It was a complete waist of my $30 and I will never be going back there.
And no one even apologized or showed any sympathy. You could tell just by looking at them that none of them cared about that job.

Update: I did get a call from the store manager and he wanted to hear my experience. He was apologetic and offered a remake of my food so I did go back 2 days later around 3pm. The afternoon employees were apologetic and they didn’t even know what happened. I was very pleased with the customer service and my food. I would give them 5 stars based off that experience. I’m unsure if I’d return to that location but if I do it’d be before 5pm.

“I picked up a drive through order placed through the app. The young lady who assisted me was pleasant, neat, friendly, and professional. She explained that the drink I'd selected from the menu was not one they carry. She kindly gave me other close options. The order was accurate, it came out quickly, and the meal was tasty and warm.“

“Wednesday Feb 6th 2025.

Uber messed up on our order, only gave us one bag. Drove to Taco bell and told them I was missing 2 orders, Tina the night Manager spoke to me with good customer service, polite ,respectful. She also approached me with a smile and calmed the situation immediately upon contact with me. She took it upon her self to remake the order and also gave me a drink just to show they were sorry even though IT WAS NOT THERE FAULT in the end, she still went beyond what she had todo to make the situation right with the customer. I don't know who trained her, how long she has been working there or what position is next in her promotion. But as far as I see it she needs all of them raise, promotion etc. She diffused a situation properly and made sure I left happy. This is the kind of customer service we miss and what we need, if we had more managers like Tina alot of stuff would be resolved.“
