Jesus and his team have top level customer service! I showed up right before closing with a large order and was treated with great customer service Jesus was very polite and patient while taking my order.Food was very fresh and delicious.

shout out to Jesus and his team for amazing customer service! i went by and i ordered a soft taco party pack but when i got it it was crunchy so i mentioned it and he had his team remake it correctly and even let me keep the crunchy party pack since apperantly they weren’t allowed to take it back! i can feed my kids what they deserve tonight thanks to them!

Jesus is an amazing worker here. He is so patient with my tricky and messed up order. He made sure everything was good and was so kind to us. He was hustling hard and overall looks to be a hard worker every time we see him.

For this Taco Bell, it feels like the drive-thru is mandatory and dine-in customers don’t matter at all. Worst customer service !!

When we walked inside, the staff didn’t even look at us. We had to call out to them and later stood there for 5–10 minutes completely unnoticed. And when we finally said something, they responded rudely instead of helping.

Terrible customer service probably the worst I have ever had. I visited this Taco Bell location for the first time, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employees were extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. I asked for fresh food, and the woman on the speaker snapped that “the food is always fresh.” It definitely is not. The fries are often stale.
I also ordered a cheese quesadilla because I am a vegetarian and do not eat meat. Instead, she entered it as a chicken quesadilla. When I told them it was wrong, a man came to the window and argued with me, insisting that I ordered chicken instead of simply rectifying their mistake. I ended up driving off because why would I pay for something I did not order and cannot eat?
The customer service at this location is severely lacking. The employees show little to no professionalism, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Many customers mention that the food is cold, stale, and overall nasty.
Save yourself the frustration and go to the Taco Bell at 5401 S Cooper St instead. They provide exemplary customer service and will remake your food if something is not right, rather than arguing with you. The difference is night and day. You have lost a customer, food, and potential business.

Went with my girlfriend to pick up her drive through order, and the guy working not only had an attitude but got the order wrong! When I went in to fix the mistake he doubled down with the attitude and was slow to assist me, despite quickly addressing me with a mumbled ‘just a minute’ that he threw my way when I walked in. Not the first time Ive had problems with this location.

The fact the service is terrible is an understatement all theses reviews reflect that. I decided to give them another try... I should have followed my first mind... rude people last time... didn't change. Let's get into the cold wet tacos they gave me please consider there was no other customers in the drive thru or none visible from the parking lot.

Had to exchange tacos. Unfortunately the worker did not even look at my receipt-- just started throwing things in the bag to make up for the mistake. Better sanitary practices Taco Bell! 🌮 you know I'll be back, but I don't expect that behavior!!!
