Well this is my first time in this location and I was impressed about this 3 points I saw 1- first time where the employees park I front of the restaurant and send the customers to de side or back 2-Employees Arrives smoking weed 3-employees smells weed (a lot) in side in the store

This is a well run franchise. Itâs clean, food quality is high, employees seem to enjoy working here. I noticed itâs very similar to another store in Grand Prairie in cleanliness and quality. They must be related because both of these stores stand out. Lastly, itâs so nice and feels good to patronize a business who shows patriotism and displays the US flag⊠so encouraging!
Probably the best taco bell ive ever visited everything was great and they didn't skimp on the portions.

They ask your name at this location, which is as far as I know is supposed to give the guest a personal at home feel. Maybe I am wrong with this thought process. This one girl with blond hair and glasses, making the food shouts out your name like youâre a child in trouble. Leaves it for the guest to walk up to the counter but she doesnât wait to hand your food to you. No thank you have a nice dayâŠnothingâŠI wish I could record the way she barks out names. Then the girl and another girl get into some kind of argument for everyone to hear and the âshouterâ walks outside to her car for a minute slamming around. If I wasnât waiting for my son to get out of a concert up the street and if it wasnât raining I would go sit somewhere else. Terrible environment. You can tell people really hate their jobs at this location
Have always loved Taco Bell but recently they have gone cheap and made the poor decision to us an AI automated ordering service in the drive thru. And its nothing but wrong orders and frustration. Automation will never be better than the personal touch of talking to an actual human. Change it back please.
