Let's talk about my recent surprisingly delightful trip to the Taco Bell on 215 S Watson Rd, Arlington, TX!
Honestly, sometimes you just need a quick, reliable, and tasty bite, and this location delivered. I went inside during what I expected to be a busy dinner rush, but the line moved incredibly fast. The staff, especially the manager, was friendly and efficient, even with the volume of orders. The female manager asked if I needed assistance with placing my order, which is always appreciated, but I was able to place my order through the kiosk.
Now, for the food: I ordered a classic Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Both were hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected (in a good way!). The Crunchwrap was perfectly assembled, with a satisfying crunch and a good balance of ingredients. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was cheesy and delicious, hitting all the right notes. What really stood out, though, was the overall positive vibe. Even through the speaker, I could tell the staff was working hard and maintaining a good attitude. In a fast-food setting, that can make all the difference.
This Taco Bell location proved that you can get a quick, affordable, and enjoyable meal with great service. If you're in the Arlington area and craving some Taco Bell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot. They've earned a solid thumbs-up from me!

Very very rude staff, they do not understand customer service. The woman at the window was very unpleasant, and still got my order wrong while I was having to go over it 3 times.

They will attempt to upsize your meal without asking, and when you ask for the original medium size that comes with the meal, it’s like a fight to get them to change it

Used RR before ordering. Sat down, someone tried the door, then a jingling of keys & door is unlocked by employee! No knock, no courtesy "Hello" - just a "Sorry!" Just cos you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD!!! No problems with ordering or food, just the rude employee who was nowhere to be seen...

3yrs ago. Tacos taste old. 11/3/24NOW, I DONT GET IT DOORS ARE CLOSED AT 8PM, SO WHY DO THEY STILL TAKE SOOOOO LONG TO GET YOUR ORDER AND GIVE. WHY?
Everytime I come here at night the worker say they don't have the certain items that on the app like the luxe box . But when I go in the morning and afternoon a different worker tell me they have those item. It frustrating coming to this taco bell at night.

I always order here Taco Bell, but when I want to use the bathroom.....the employees always always always keep saying "we don't have the bathroom key we have to use bathroom Whataburger". For me I think there is excuse! they don't want you to use there bathroom. That's how I see.
