Made a kiosk order and they made it as a mobile order then completely ignored me in the lobby for 15 minutes not once asking about the order. Cold food and evidently illiterate staff. Bar was on the floor and you still didn't meet expectations.
Absolutely do not eat here… Six members of my family have been sick after eating here, Saturday…
Never again

Drive thru was fast and friendly. My tortillas weren’t heated and hardly any filling to my quesadilla.

The tostada was small. They barely put letter and beans for $1.99 They take long to give out the order and they prepared the food with very small portions compared to other taco bell

Food sat for 30 min while they kept telling us it wasn’t ready. I’m new to this area and won’t be back! Absolutely terrible. I mean how hard is it to make some burritos and cheese roll ups.

I have not been to Taco Bell in years! I used the drive-thru service at 12:30am. I asked if lettuce came on a particular taco….The lady’s answer was: “well it is is taco!”
Thanks but NO THANKS. CS is important to me, whether it be budget friendly, caloric infused mystery tacos or 5 star gourmet meal.

Ordered 2 items tonight and FIRE Sauce.
Receipt says 5 items with the sauce, I have 2! NOT worth going back at 10 pm with cold food, guys I get to use daughters Asian Hot Sauce. Ugh
Have never seen a Mexican Pizza tear. Maybe this is a new design to the quarter pie cut!

Family and I visited twice and each time they mess up on the order. First I was given what looked like cat food (a couple pieces of chicken) and it was disgusting. Second time, they forgot a burrito. Every single time there’s an issue that results in a second trip. I’ll find another location.

I don't go to taco bell for the service or the atmosphere. When you come here, you know to expect either kids that don't know how to smile, or adults that are super grumpy. We come here for the food.
This taco bell had the absolute best cinnabon delights. They were so incredibly soft and delicious. Their tacos were good. The later you go, the more soggy they get. So try and go sooner than later.
