I asked for fresh large nacho fries, due to them always giving it to me cold. I live right next door and they do it for me all the time. I came by today no in line I asked for the same thing. I’m not even sure her name is Dominque, because when I asked for the name the staff was giggling. It was a light skin African American with dreads . Stating they don’t do that here in a rude way over the intercom. Also they don’t do that at this location. However, which is false because I literally live a block away. Get the same order made all the time they either park me and get it fresh. However, it wasn’t even about the fries at that point it was how rude she was over the intercom. As well she had every employee come by the window to see how I looked. At this point it made me seem like they were doing something to my food. At the end of the day there are better ways in address a situation. With more of a professional way than the way she did it.

Went by this morning and they had someone in training who was nothing but polite and respectful towards me as I walked in. As soon as I turn around to place my order on the kiosk the manger starts going off on him about how she doesn’t want to babysit him and she’s going to have him moved to another shift blah blah… I was in shocked that she didn’t even care to do that in front of me…. It made me so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave and felt so bad for this guy. As soon as I got my order everything was wrong with it. The burrito was not grilled and tasted funny. The chalupa was cold and hard and the tacos shell was completely broken. To top it all off the nacho cheese dip had food particles in it. I threw away most of it and just left!!! The manager should be more worried about the food quality that is being served and not a new guy who she needs to “babysit” who’s just trying to learn. It’s called doing your job and that involves training the new employees. Truly disgusting!!!

Straight trash. The food was just thrown together and the lady that took my order acted like she didn't know what I was ordering. Then after I placed my order, they told me thaley didn't have what I wanted until I got to the window.
I just recently moved to the area, and this is the friendliest and happiest group of team members I’ve ever come across! They seem very excited to help and make sure your experience is incredible! Not only that, the food is always so fresh, hot, and wrapped pretty immaculately. 5/5! Go here!
