Terrible service, they give you food reluctantly and you also have to wait a long time for them to give you things, they give them to you one by one, all because you are talking to each other.

Every time I come here they always miss something in my order. I can understand forgetting something every now and then, but how could it happen every single time? It's not like my family was rushing anyone, it was an online order pick-up. It was more than one item as well. The food isn't terrible but the continuous missing items are quite agitating.

bro me and my family ordered online, and they have messed it up both of the times we have. they are always missing stuff and put the smallest amount possible. I got a spicy potato soft taco, why can I count the amount of potatoes on it? 5 potatoes? Also we asked for light ice on the drinks, majority still ice. We cannot eat meat, but they still end up adding chicken or beef into the food. I get that the customized orders can be hard sometimes, but the parking lot and the drive thru were basically empty, and we literally ordered it online so the stuff we wanted was all there. I have heard from people that this Taco Bell is really good, but it was not good at all. very disappointed.

Worst location I've been to in a while. I got the combo with 3 soft shell tacos. The bag felt like there was only one taco inside, but upon checking there were 3 very slim, light weight tacos consisting mostly of shell. Each taco had about 1.5 teaspoons of the mystery meat. There were no tomatoes at all and barely any lettuce. The wait (there were only 4 cars ahead of me) was about 30 minutes. I fell asleep multiple times. All of that and they gave me a pitiful excuse for tacos. Literally every other location I've tried in Grand prairie and Arlington is better. Not worth it at all.

Manager is ride as heck and every time I order food here the order is always either messed up not the way I ordered it or severely under portioned

Dont send anybody here who cannot read, or doesn't have a car for the drive through. They dont take orders at the front counter anymore, you have to use the kiosk, if you cant read, its embarrassing to ask for help, and if you dont have a car for the drive thru, you probably wont eat taco bell there, gotta walk to another one that will let you order at the register like normal.

Horrible customer service. A young girl was in charge of the drive thru & had ne wtg so long I left. There was NO ONE else in the drive thru & NO ONE in the actual dinning area. She stayed on her phone the entire time I was inside of the store. No one acknowledged me. When I brought it to her attention, she said she didn't see me....well ofc, you've had your head glued to your phone. Pls do better. I understand everyone needs a job but customer service is what creates repeat customers!

Every time I go by this location my order is never correct anytime I ask for a specific burrito such as the chicken burrito we never get it it's always a bean and cheese and something else inside the we asked for soft tacos we get hard tacos if we ask for the chalupa we get some type of soft supreme taco nothing is ever right when I go back in to talk to the management we usually order in the evening I'm told the manager's not available a bunch of little teenagers are running around no one wants to make my order right they tell me to come back and talk to the GM or call the store I call the next day I talked to the GM while you took the food we were not replacing it if you didn't want it they could have done a refund I said well the manager was not here it's just been a nightmare at this location so I'm trying to figure out when they're going to get a respectable general manager and management team to start training their team members and now I know it's on the district manager to hold these people accountable and it's never going to happen so before you stop by here and order anything just let you know it's going to be wrong

Wednesday Feb 6th 2025.

Uber messed up on our order, only gave us one bag. Drove to Taco bell and told them I was missing 2 orders, Tina the night Manager spoke to me with good customer service, polite ,respectful. She also approached me with a smile and calmed the situation immediately upon contact with me. She took it upon her self to remake the order and also gave me a drink just to show they were sorry even though IT WAS NOT THERE FAULT in the end, she still went beyond what she had todo to make the situation right with the customer. I don't know who trained her, how long she has been working there or what position is next in her promotion. But as far as I see it she needs all of them raise, promotion etc. She diffused a situation properly and made sure I left happy. This is the kind of customer service we miss and what we need, if we had more managers like Tina alot of stuff would be resolved.

if im getting charged extra for green avocado sauce, i at least expect to get it when i get charged for it. multiple time occasion.
even ask the person if its in there because my bag was too much food to scatter through, just to lie about it.
