This Taco Bell is by far the best I’ve been to in a long time. You can definitely tell it has a new general manager! Jordan went above and beyond to make sure her team was able to handle a very large order for me. Not only was the food amazing but the quality of the customer service and the way the food was made was definitely noticeable… the staff and manager’s did a great job! I was super impressed! This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. We order from DoorDash often and every single time we do the order is wrong. The food is sloppy, and I do mean sloppy. Sauce coming out everywhere, missing ingredients, toppings, and always missing fire sauce that we ordered. I do NOT recommend ordering from this location for delivery because they absolutely just don't care about the quality of the food when you are not there to complain in person.

Today was my second time coming to this location and Willie was great both times. Very polite when you pull up to the screen to order, doesn't rush you, makes sure your order is correct all with a smile on his face. He's definitely an asset to the company and this location. Very refreshing to see customer service like this in a time where it's absolutely horrible at other places. My favorite part is when I saw my drink overflowing while being prepared, he made sure to wipe it off before handing it to me so Pepsi didn't get all over my hands and truck. I grab food on the go often and that 95% of the time never happens. A+++ service!

This Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting! I ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and the potato’s were super hard and burnt. The cinnamon twists only had 4 twists and tasted like old cardboard. They didn’t put my chicken chalupa in my bag. Completely unacceptable, don’t eat here!!

They obviously need new management. Train your employees to know how to make the food. The outside of both of my chalupas was covered with sour cream. When I say covered I mean it looked like someone dipped the whole taco in it. They forgot a item. Which they do every single time. Lastly my Crunchwrap was extremely soggy. Never coming back to this place again. Oh and this is me updating my review. Today I found a hair in the cheese. You can’t make this up folks!
