Hardly ever leave bad reviews because everyone always has off days, but I have consistently had bad experiences with this specific location. First off, something is always wrong with the order. I ordered a cheese quesadilla without sauce on three different occasions, and all three were wrong. Just cheese and tortilla, nothing special. One was chicken quesadilla without sauce, second time was a chicken quesadilla with sauce, and third was a cheese quesadilla with sauce. At this point I’m convinced they’re doing it on purpose 😂.
Second, their attitudes are worse than any other Taco Bell I’ve gone too. I ordered at the drive thru the other night, and said hi to the employee n give my card when pulling up. No response. I think okay, maybe he’s just busy. Gives me my card back and I say thank you. Again, nothing. Hands me my food without a single word, and again I say thank you and I tell HIM to have a good night. He looks at me and says nothing again, then shuts the window 🤦🏻♀️
I don’t expect a gourmet meal with some amazing presentation, i know it’s Taco Bell. And as someone who works customer service, I understand having a bad day and not wanting to deal with people, being tired from working at night, and again, it’s Taco Bell. I go cause it’s quick and cheap and somewhat enjoyable after working a 12 hour shift. But this location is worse than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to in Mansfield, Arlington, and Fort Worth.

I'm annoyed. THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. I WAITED 30 MINUTES BECAUSE I WAS STUCK IN THE DRIVE THRU. Now, this is probably my fault, because I went in and waited at the counter AND NO ONE HELPED. DRIVE THRU, because it was already late. FAIL!!!!! I really don't know how this location is open. I need my money back!

Do not come here it’s a huge inconvenience, a lot of times they make the food wrong, and on several occasions I’ll come and they’re systems are down, they only take cash or door dash orders, it’s insane you all are a world wide chain this should not be happening whatsoever.

If I could leave no stars I would it is 8/2/25 around 8:00 pm and you have at least 5 workers here with no one at the drive thru and they absolutely refuse to even talk to you unless you order at kiosk this is rude and unprofessional

I usually love Taco Bell, but this location consistently misses items in my order. It’s frustrating to get home and realize something’s missing, especially after waiting in line. This has happened multiple times. I’d strongly suggest customers double-check their bags before leaving, especially during busy hours. A little more attention to accuracy would go a long way!

Ordered a Large Baja Blast Freeze around 9:03pm with 2 burritos and the Cashier Christian W. gave me a regular size and was gaslighting my husband, and I that it was a large!! I know what a large looks like and I know it wasn’t and so does Christian!!! I don’t appreciate being gaslight about a size of a cup, because he is lazy and wants to make money and not do his job!!! Beware you may get a Regular size when asked for a large when Christian W works.

I love this Taco Bell. I go here all the time and I’m never disappointed. Emorje (I hope I didn’t misspell his name) is always so kind, greets you with a smile, and gets you in and out of the drive thru fast. Highly recommend going.
