Worst Taco Bueno experience ever. Food wasn't that great, crunchy potato burritos had zero crunch and I couldn't even tell there was potato in it. Plus, the food wasn't hot. My husband had hard shell foods and all the shells were very stale. I was wondering why this location looks like a ghost town with zero customers or maybe one or two...now I know why. Won't be going back.

Expect horrible service from girl with glasses and always check your order before leaving. It’s never busy, so I don’t know why workers are rude. I always forget this and I’m reminded why I hardly come here to this location. Chick fila next door is packed and you get better service and they never miss.

Chips were stale. Tortillas were stale. I pulled up ab 2pm on may 25/25. No one else in line. Fast workers, terrible quality. Guac tastes lile its been sitting out for forever and the beans have a hard crust on them from sitting out. 15 dollars wasted imo. Don't go here

Ordered through DoorDash on multiple occasions as the food quality is typically fresh, but it’s almost as if it’s everyone’s first day on the job. In the event you add extra items to your order, they’ll prepare the food as is and provide you with to-go cups so you can undo the food at home and re-build. So incredibly ridiculous. Done with Taco Bueno.

The reason I'm giving a 1 is I left my phone there. I had my friend call the Bueno they said it's not here . So I did find my phone on the computer it said it was there. So I went back up there and they wouldn't come to the door. Went to the drive thru window just looked at me from around the corner. I told her I want my phone. She went and got the other lady she finally comes to the widow. I told her I want my phone I left it here.she goes to the back, comes out with it, shows it and I tell her that it. She comes to the window then pulls it back and says how do I know it's yours? I gave her a crazy look and said because I can unlock it. So I did and went on my way. BUT REALLY!

The food tonight was not up to standard like some of the other taco Buenos we have ate at it was nasty and had a smell. The food was cold and the cheesecake chimichanga was old and cold like it sat there all day and the drinks was bad as well service they were rude

I would like to say that I'm tired of going to this and all other locations where they refuse to put ice in the tea if you order unsweetened tea I understand them wanting to get rid of the unsweetened tea because not many people drink unsweetened tea but this is Texas and we want our beverages to have ice in there because it's really hot outside, even when I ask them to fill the cup with ice they don't it's ridiculous so if it continues to happen I will no longer visit any of your stores

My order was taken wrong. So therefore, the order was made wrong. They corrected their mistake. My muchaco shell tasted old and the rice was very dry. My taco, beans, and tostada were good.
