Just throwing people food up, tacos broken up with cheese and lettuce everywhere- all in the bag and not wrapped up properly! Chose not to remake it. Get out of the service industry if u hate serving and or have very low hospitality. Dissatisfied is an understatement. I really should have just bypassed them because the food isnt really my taste no way. Looking for something quick (shaking my head) I knew better!

Overall it's much better than a few years ago but this visit (9-14-25) wasn't as good as it has been lately. The dining room hasn't been cleaned in a while and despite not being busy the service was a bit slow. Plus the employees had a boom box or something in the back and were blasting their music it was pretty obnoxious. The food was really good so at least that was a plus..
Worst Taco Bueno experience ever. Food wasn't that great, crunchy potato burritos had zero crunch and I couldn't even tell there was potato in it. Plus, the food wasn't hot. My husband had hard shell foods and all the shells were very stale. I was wondering why this location looks like a ghost town with zero customers or maybe one or two...now I know why. Won't be going back.

Expect horrible service from girl with glasses and always check your order before leaving. It’s never busy, so I don’t know why workers are rude. I always forget this and I’m reminded why I hardly come here to this location. Chick fila next door is packed and you get better service and they never miss.

Chips were stale. Tortillas were stale. I pulled up ab 2pm on may 25/25. No one else in line. Fast workers, terrible quality. Guac tastes lile its been sitting out for forever and the beans have a hard crust on them from sitting out. 15 dollars wasted imo. Don't go here
