Oh well here I go again. I am going to speak about my last experience with Taco Bueno I only went back because If I used a certain debit card I would get 18% cash back so I ordered less than 10 dollars in plain Ole ?'s so I enjoyed them very good. So science you asked me I will tell you about the time before this time I ordered a toco salad ? it looked like dog food and smells like old grease and if I could have returned it I would have but I am glad I could not because I might have really acted inappropriate so from now on I will go back to get 18% off and only when I can order at the counter so I can inspect it before I leave

Was horrible staff there are rude and Everytime go through drive thru they always get order wrong or the order is incomplete, then want to call you a liar, way to many times this location cannot get orders right. You have people working there that don't care about good customer service. Never spending my time or money at this location. Upper management really need to step it up very disappointed. Even if it's just fast food this is still your job that revolves around paying customers. Stop hiring people who don't care. Get orders right the first time. Stop arguing with customers and just get it right the first time. Especially the woman who is working there the manager, is no manager and needs to go.

When I come to visit family in DFW. I make sure I eat at Taco Bueno at least once. I love it. The Mexican dips and chips are the best.
Good was good. Not great but not bad. Wish there were more desert options. Also, bring back a true taco Tuesday special.

Purchased the beef nacho salad. Noticed it had no melted queso. The woman at the window stated it was at the bottom. After searching, I asked for the queso or my money back. Always check your food, this is one reason I don’t really do fast food. I haven’t came across a taco bueno in yrs and wanted to try them out. I honestly rather go to a Taco Bell. When I go to most fast food places I feel I could’ve made a better tastier version at home. Plus I don’t have to deal with an unwelcoming environment with rude employees that lie.

There was a wait in the drive through. I ordered 3 crispy beef tacos, a chicken quasidilla, a combo burrito for $24.41. No drinks. The food was satisfying, nothing spectacular. That seems pricey for drive through. Window attendant was polite, efficient.
