Went to Taco Bueno today order tostadas and they told me be careful because they had to put them in their nacho chip bags because the company does not want to buy boxes so that means me as a customer will be a hit or miss if the tostada breaks and if they get smushed which is I'm more than likely how sad then they need to stop making the tostadas if it's going to be like that I am never coming back to this location again there's always some type of problem at this location

Dont know how .. 1 beef mucho nachos, 2 sweet iced teas and 1 steak taco which was on special for 3.99 and get 1 free was totaled up to over $24.. the guy at the window even repeated what we ordered and said $24.

I must commend an old favorite taco place we used to frequent regularly, Taco Bueno Collins next to the QT. We dined there at least once a week for years, and after COVID-19, most Taco Buenos experienced a significant decline in quality and service. However, we visited this location late yesterday, and they were exemplary in both food and service. While it may not be authentic Tex-Mex, for fast food, this location is exceptional.

This was my first time here, I ordered a beef mucho nacho and a soft Taco wit no lettuce for take out, I threw the taco in the trash walking out the door bcuz they made the taco wit lettuce n tried to scrap it out and the lady had no gloves on n her nails were dirty. Disgusting 🤢🤮
I ordered food on their website. Never received. My food had to go to the restaurant itself. And the guy who said he was. The manager argued with me and I had paid $11 for delivery. And he said that I would have to do my own calling to the corporate office. To get my refund, i had to call DoorDash and file a complaint.Because the guy either stole my food or never picked it up.Because the manager at the taco bueno said he didn't make my food. The food that they made me was horrible.The beans burned and were extremely dry.I spent $43 purchasing food and delivery and had the worst experience.I have ever had at a taco bueno. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.They would not even give me the district number to call.He said I would have to look it up. I have tried calling the restaurant and the number. Just and rings and rings or disconnects.
