This place is trash got a Mexican pizza,the cheese on the top of the pizza was not melted, where you get a pizza that the cheese not melted on the then the young lady that made it was like,well we can put it in a microwave, Really!!!!!! Never again

Stopped here to try lunch. Noticed a sign restrooms for customers only. OK. Then looked at restroom doors. Keypads on restroom doors? At a fast food place. Is it like a lockdown restaurant? No thanks. Tells me everything I need to know. Plenty of choices elsewhere.

Ordered online for breakfast multiple times steak quesadillas and the enchilada plate, as I’m not a huge breakfast person. Went through the drive through and was told they do not do those items until lunch. Seems a bit lazy to me as all ingredients associated are served with breakfast items.

Just what I expected. The food was good and the people were helpful.
I came in on Sat afternoon and placed a to go order. It did not seem real busy but it was steady. I saw the manager working on a huge catering order and it seemed like everybody was busy. After the cashier Hannah took a few orders a customer in the dining inquired about his order and stated his lunch break is almost over. Hannah apologized that she was working the register as well as making orders. Eventually she stopped taking orders to make food. She did the best that she could do to get the orders out. As she was making orders trying to catch up, a line formed at the register again. She got to my order and I checked it before I left to make sure it was accurate, and it was. Based on what I saw the scheduling manager should have scheduled additional staff due to having such a huge catering order. The manager focused on that and nothing else. Hannah did a great job apologizing for the long wait and multitasking and getting the orders out accurately.

Who wants to wait 40 minutes for their food. They are cooking the meat as you order. Since when? There was only 5 of us in the lobby and 2 men waiting well longer than us. 1- Uber driver waited over 50 minutes. Nothing but teenagers working no adults in sight. The gentleman at the front was nice but who wants to wait 40 minutes for 3 plates and a bowl of soup which was not even filled half way. We tried to come back here after 8 months after our last visit and this one was just as bad. Sorry Taco Cabana this store is a joke and has been since COVID started. It must have never regained any employees because the ones working tonight were a joke. The food use to be so good now walking in to this place it’s empty and awkward and weird and I can go on forever. It’s a prime location and there’s no life left in this place? We will NOT come back to this location or little road being that we were going to get a refund and go to little road but their comments are the same as this location very bad. Pioneer and 360 has always had an excellent Taco Cabana I hope they still do because that’s the only place we will go to.Vegetarian options: Maybe 4 vegetarian options.

First visit. Ordered 5 hard shell tacos add onion with 2 unsweetened teas. 24.70! Wow! So, proceeded to open tacos and no cheese or onion. Just beef, lettuce and tomatoes and only 1/2 full. Come on, lettuce is cheap. Paid for onion, no onion. Service was good. Gentleman was very courteous in the drive through.
