Idk what’s going on at this location but the past times we’ve came here, it’s been more than a 25 min wait. Just went and waited when there were only two customers and we’re missing 3 tacos. Idk if they’re severely understaffed or poor service but I don’t recommend going to this location.

Went a second time to try it out again a month later. Doors were all locked. Went to drive thru speaker, was informed it would be a 30 min wait because there are only two employees there. Management needs to be fired, that’s insane there’s only two workers scheduled. Just shut down this location at that point.

This is the worst run Taco Cabana. I’m. It not sure how it makes it. In the last month I’ve stopped three times on. Friday morning just before 8:00 am. Only once have I ordered because I get to the speaker and they inform me that it will be about a 30 to 40 minute wait. Twice in the last month I’ve stopped to get fajitas for lunch. Twice I’ve been told they don’t have any fajitas ready and it will be 20 to 40 minutes before they do. The whole management team needs to be fired. You’re a Mexican food place and you don’t have food ready at lunch? I love the food at TC but let’s get some competent employees.

Worst place ever, rude and weird as people. Went through drive through one day and a lady employee was arguing with a guy employee, crazy. Food was missing add ons and waited almost an hour for the garbage, thats ridiculous.

Service here is terrible. Every single time I try to go here ai instantly regret it. You can order 6 tacos, while you’re the only customer there and they will tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. And the employees are beyond rude. Every. Single. Time. I won’t go back again. Food out of the dumpster would be better than this place.

The absolute slowest location. I have come on numerous occasions and every single time it was an extremely slow experience even if you are the only person there you will wait 30+ mins. The workers could care less. You are better off going anywhere else.

Don't come to the drive through unless your willing to wait for 30+ minutes for your food. Even if you're the only person in line for some reason this place has the longest wait times I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I've been in line so long I figured I would make this review while I wait. Food is never terrible but waiting for it isn't the greatest.

I should have caught the first red flag when I went into an almost empty restaurant on Saturday at lunchtime. I ordered a large quesadilla and waited longer than average to receive it. I opened one of the cut pieces to photograph the contents. This is a typical piece. Two things: (1) I would hate to see what the small size looks like and (2) your business is not going to be long for this world if this is a standard quesadilla. I will not be coming back.

They need to fire the managers here and start over! I’ve been to this location 3 times to buy food, every time they say there’s going to be a 20-30 minute wait. Did you people forget you’re a fast food establishment? I could go sit down and get my food at a steakhouse in the same amount of time. I’ve never had a taco cabana tell me I’d have to wait 30 minutes for a dozen breakfast tacos, if it takes your team that long something is broken in your production chain🤷🏼‍♂️

They consistently get early morning orders wrong. Have tried twice in the last month with no improvement. I don’t want to unwrap everything before I leave the drive thru. Disappointed when getting to work and it’s the wrong order I don’t want to eat.

Whoever the lady working at 6:30am Friday October 24 needs to work on her customer service or maybe idk find another job that’s more fitting to her horrible attitude ???? So rude and disrespectful seriously shouldn’t be allowed in any establishment.

Ordered online 27 minutes ago. Order was supposed to be ready 17 minutes ago. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. Location is way understaffed and I will not be returning.

I needed this order at 6:15, that’s why I put in that pick up time. However, upon arrival i said I was here for a pick Up to which the lady responded I know I heard you. Then almost 30 minutes later I received my order. No customer service, and no sense of rush at all, even though the order was very late. I have never had a bad experience at taco cabana, and until now, and I will never be returning to this location.
