I’m not one to place reviews but This tc is my favorite out of them all in the dfw metroplex. Customer service is on point. Food is on point. Serving time is Outstanding. Management is doing a wonderful job with this place! Keep up the great work!

WHAT ON EARTH DID YOU GUYS DO? I thought the Burleson location was closed down for a reason. Management was terrible there. They ran it terribly. The inside was never inviting. Wait time were always ridiculous.
It seems like you guys closed that location down to turn LIttle Road in to Burleson Jr.
Today’s experience just made me never want to go back to little road again. After waiting forever to get service I should’ve just walked out. Order was placed at 11:14 and finally received my food at 11:35. No apology for the ridiculous wait time. Only 3 customers in the restaurant. I specifically asked for no lettuce on my bowl and guess what was in it? BINGO!!! Lettuce. You would think for having such an empty restaurant you wouldn’t have to wait forever for food and orders would be accurate. Whatever change you guys did recently you need to fix before this location is shutdown also.

If I could give 1 star I would. This location got new management within the past couple of months and it's terrible. I ordered breakfast tacos on my way to work and they literally had no taste whatsoever and I had to wait over 20 mins in the drive-thru

In the past there has been a problem getting things in a timely manner. This new crew is working really hard to accommodate the orders. Most time they only have 3 workers doing Everything. Regardless of the stress they always have a smile and have been getting better. So much so I asked for their names. Maria (Lupe, manager), Kassandra, and DeShaun, work really hard.

Once again sign says 11pm closing time they are already closed last week stop by they were closed at 9:30 every other day they close different times play can't stick to the schedule

The staff here is clueless everytime I come pick up the order. There is no use of ordering online because you will be late and corporate office should check if the manager can read and write English.

I come here often because the food is consistently good. That being said it is a constant disappointment when the staff has ZERO urgency. 4 customers inside, including me, and 5 snappy workers behind the counter yet no one gets their order for at least 10 mins. No matter how early you order ahead they take 20-30 minutes for one SIMPLE order. Any customer you ask knows to expect the worst service when you come to this location. Absolutely ridiculous.
I came in just after 9 to place an order. I had to wait while the steak was cooking and that was fine. I noticed the salsa bar had already been cleared early. When I got my food, I asked for pico. The girl walked over to a counter. She reached in a plastic container with her gloved hand and scooped out a handful of pico into a smaller container for me. As she walked back to me, she wiped her gloved hand on her shirt. I then noticed other smears of food on her and I told her she shouldn't do that and pointed out she didn't even have an apron on. She just smiled and walked away.
First, she shouldn't be dipping her hands into the condiments, gloved or not.
Second, she shouldn't wipe her hands on her clothes and then walk back to a food line.
Third, I didn't see her change out gloves so, I assume she went back to making someone's food after wiping her hands across her already soiled shirt.
That's plain nasty and a good way to make someone sick. It's a blatant disregard for food safety. I don't know if she prepared my tacos or if she just handed me the food but, the management or owner and whoever reads this, that kind of unsanitary food prep needs to stop. I haven't touched my food and I don't know if I will. It's sitting in my fridge because I don't want to get sick from eating contaminated products. That's the kind of stuff the health department needs to be aware of. Be cautious if you order from here. It would be smart to watch them as they prepare your food because they obviously don't follow food safety regulations.

If you don't feel like waiting over 30 minutes for an online order do not eat here. My order was supposed to be finished by 7:30 a.m. I didn't receive my order until 8:08 a.m. The manager was rude and the drive-through person just walk past me and shrugged her shoulders after I asked her was this my order on the counter. I was so frustrated I forgot my drink. I spent over $70 for BS. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and Taco Cabana is one of my favorite places to go. Hopefully if y'all are reading this at that restaurant, Do better or change your job.

every single time i come to this location they take forever to give your order.. I have placed mobile orders on several occasions and even when i come 30 minutes after the order was placed they still have me waiting for an additional 15 minutes.

11/18/24Drive thru: asked employee if the beef nachos came with tomato, sour cream and jalapeños. She said yes bur the sour cream and jalapeños came on the side. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. Got my food, got on the highway and opened it up and no sour cream, no jalapeños and no tomato....so I'm calling the store and left a message. I'm trying to mix the beef, beans,cheese and salsa together to have at least something to eat before clocking back in and what do you know...the chips are stale! I get a call back from the store and the lady hung up in my face! I called back a few times but no ody would answer...this place is so unprofessional and incompetent. Could a manager call me to resolve this issue bc I want a refund.....
Absolute garbage. Every single item we ordered was wrong and then half of what we ordered was not even in the bag. Will never return to this location again. Horrible service

Please update your website for closing time?? You close at 10pm so update please cause some areas online showing 11 or 12?? Get it together cause it’s miss leading and bad for business.. Covid hours are over
