This place use to be great food. Now it is just ok and most of the time the drive thru forgets a part of your order. Ordered super nachos with toppings on the side so the chips did not get soggy before I got home. Imagine my unhappiness to find I got chips with some queso.....no toppings. And this is not once but almost everytime.

This particular location has the slowest employees they all have 0 personality and act as if we are annoying them. They should teach their employees a little more customer service skills and maybe how to make the burritos correctly so that the insides of the burrito stay inside of the burrito instead of all in the wrapper when you get them. My husband loves the burritos but half the time he returns them because they're either insanely small or they aren't even rolled up so you have to use a fork to eat them

I love Taco Casa, but why is it I can never get a damn burrito thats not torn in pieces, all the sauce outside the tortilla making it all goey and impossible to hold, or just folded up like a fitted sheet. Give me a break. Your supposed to be able to hold your burrito to eat. Its disgusting how they ALWAYS look!

Time to find different employees if they're going to half ass making your food because they don't want to be there the food shouldn't be all over the inside of the rapper if you don't want to be there find a different job 9:30 and they're just slapping it together and not caring because they want to go home you either do your job or don't do it all because I'm not going back if you're going to have to ask your job take pride in your work or don't do it all
